Service very bad, Plus waitress over charged on check plus telling me she wants 20% tip auto added in bill , which is violation Fridays policys waiter nor waitress is to tell or charge amount of tip , this is up to Customer!. I called later that evening spoke with Assit manager. Think name was Maria, She confirmed the info I gave her from my receipt. That the waitress failed to take off $25.00 gift crd I gave her with check. Also Asst mgr said waitress violated policy factoring in 20% tip. So the Asst mgr said she was mailing out to me 2. $25.00 tgif gift cards as compensation for waitress failure to take off my $25.00 gift card and poor service 5 times had to asked for are waitress, and the tip issue. Well that was back in Feb 7th, and 2 wks passed no gift cards from Clifton TGIF, so I called and Got The General mgr Christine she also apologized and said oh Asm must forgot, so Gen mgr Christine said mail the cards right out should have in 3 days, well got mail in 3 days but not 2 TGIF crds. instead some certificate value $50 but only use at Clifton location , were gift card use any tgif, also certificate cant use with 3 meal type combo or 2 meal nor for drinks, I called Clifton tgif got Mario. he said he was baffled why Gen mgr she would change agreement and try to pawn of some certificate, which has all restriction an only use at Clifton and expires 6 month, gift card use any were for anything no expiration. Mairo said he will have the 2 gift cards envelope waiting for me to p/u and can keep the certificate. I said u sure , yes there pain to even use, I said I am Disabled and dont see why have to drive over to get these cards I been in cnviced enough and district mgr who is above all them he never returned my call.! why cant you mail the card Gen mgr mail came in 3 days. next day gen mgr calls me has the nerve to say if I want drive over and she will give me just 1 $25.00 gift card and wants the certificate back. I said so now your changing the original agreement amount and given me what was mine to begin with since was nerve taken out and I was over charged like $35.00 . I had it calling corporate. Dist mgr called me Patrick said again another 20th time heard from management apologized for this mess up on are parts, He said was heading over to Clifton location to speak with gen mgr, she was very wrong. TGIF policy to satisfy the customer quickly and to there satisfaction . So he said keep the certificate and soon as he gets to Clifton location that day he will personally mail out the 2. $25.00 gift cards. Well that was over 6 business days ago still no cards. Called cooperate there a joke to with apologies and this that, I said it have been a moth and a half . and management has yet to resolve this matter. Fridays is the worst service I have ever seen. They all need to be retrained, and I am out $3500 + the other $25.00 gift crd promised to me as way of curtsey for all the screw ups. I will file legal compliant on them with consumers protection and BBB.

I when on 11/09/15 to the restaurant in Clifton and I didnt want to go because I had a previous bad experience in this place due the unhealthy and unsanitary silverware they gave me. The first time the manager came over and apologize to me and my wife. Then he gave us 2 free coupons for a desert or appetizers. After 1 month my wife wanted to go back, after Aravind the service was fast to find us a table. Then I decided to take a look at my silverware and found it again dirty and this just was unethical, so I decided to ask for a manager and I wated around 15 minutes and no one came out to apologize or gave me some type of explanation of why this happened again? My wife is pregnant and she really wanted to eat their desert but was a fair of eating it because of the dirty silverware. Next, she ask me if we could leave cause she didnt feel safe eating in this place anymore. So we left the coupons on the table manager # 52 on the back, than I decided to call the number they have on their website to talk to the manager about the issue and they made me wait more, eventually a manager pick up the phone and I was if someone had told her what was going on. She said he knew about the issue, but she said she didnt believe me because we left the store without waiting for a manager. She as told me there was 4 manager working the shift and it would be impossible for them to not come to the table having so many manager on deck. Funny because she was the same person who told me she knew about the issue but never came over to help the customer or the situation this shows me they dont care about the customers

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars from the hostess to the workers to management, everything was absolutely terrible. The entire staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. I came here with my family to get a better service but by the end of the night I was left regretting this location totally . The hostess was unwelcoming she seemed to be aggravated by seating, the waiter was rude and took forever to bring out the food,once served with the one appittzer it was colsld.we complained once this issued seemed unbearable we asked to speak with the asst managers colleen w. And Lisa M. Once they arrived to our table after we were left waiting for almost 2 hours they(the asst managers) said the reason we were left waiting without being served is because they recognized a gentleman in our dinner party as a person who had skipped out on the bill twice before and asked us to leave even called the police. My entire family and I were all mortified by the embarrassment this establishment provided (the kicker is my family member who was "identified by two different staff members" was the 1st and only person served his food. The management just did not want to rectify the terrible serve here so this is what they came up with. I wouldnt bring my dying pet to this establishment to be treated in this manner.

DO NOT COME HERE. The manager here is uncompromising and this establishment shows no loyalty to its loyal customers. After coming here for years, and providing the business of groups of 20+ people to this location, we suddenly found that a change in management resulted in our no longer being welcomed here for the popular half-off apps on Friday nights. The old manager treated us with hospitality and would accommodate us by allowing us to receive the promotion while seated at the regular tables, due to the size of our group. However, this new manager neither cares for loyal customers nor TGIs brand name. We were not accommodated, due to the size of the bar area (while the dining room had plenty of empty tables, as can be seen from the photograph), and we will no longer visit this place. Overall terrible customer service, this manager has no idea how to run a business. Go to Applebees: half off apps, better service.
