There were eight adults in my group for a recent lunch. Although the food was okay, their "lunch special" which includes coffee or tea would NOT ALLOW us to have iced tea in place of hot tea. Although the manager eventually gave in very reluctantly, his anger and the waitress’s iciness were obvious. When I asked him to explain why iced tea should not be allowed to replace an end-of-meal cup of tea, he could not rationally do so. That, and the mandatory 20% "TIP" that was placed on our bill will mean that we wont return very soon. There are many other restaurants with lunch specials where such a simple substitution is available, and their employees are much friendlier and accommodating.

I would give this place a -0 if I could. Incredible rude front staff. I went today to see if they were taking reservations for lunch. I walked in front of another woman. They totally ignored me and took care of this other woman who did not have reservations and like me wanted to inquire. They did not even acknowledged my presence. I was in front of three staff members and none of them even looked at me. How incredibly rude.

Love their offers on Groupon....wed go even without but its always a plus. We somehow always get Mike as our server....and that makes our experience that much better!! The Lemon Farfalle is amazing....with a bottle of their House Sauv Blanc! Not gonna lie....weve figured out the recipe for their Pear Martini (my other favorite drink when we go there) so now we can enjoy it without ever leaving the house!

Fried calamari was nice and crispy, albeit a little overcooked. Tarter and marinara sauce that it came with was very good though. Ordered the new york strip and it was way overcooked, it was practically leather! I didnt have time to have it send back to the kitchen for a new one, thankfully they did take it off of the bill. Service is friendly and pretty attentive, long wait time for your food though.

If I could rate no stars I would. The server we had was horrible(Dan) he was on his cell phone the entire time and couldnt even get our drinks right. Party of 9 people and our food took about 45 minutes to come out which is not acceptable. The pasta was overcooked and the vodka sauce was disgusting I sent it back because it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I wont be returning here thats for sure

Having been here many times, I am disappointed to see declines in food and service. We brought friends for their first time and the service was terrible. Maybe because it was a Monday, but appetizer ordered with drinks showed up with the meal (after salads!). Menu changes have been disappointing, too. Hopefully, they will find their way again.

If you are judging a restaurant by its hamburgers and steak, the food is is very good, but if you try the fish (and I am not particularly a fish eater) you are in for a pleasant surprise I have never been disappointed there and have often been delighted, particularly by the Chefs Specials.

A large and varied menu. Toughest part is deciding on which of the multiple items you are interested in. Bar area is very loud. Prices are reasonable though I think have slowly risen in the recent past. Food is very good and a good place for a family or friends to have dinner at.

Ive given this place 3 tries, and have been let down every time, they cannot cook a steak, always overdone, service downright unfriendly and just have not eaten anything that impressed us at all, want to like it, its a local joint, but just cant!

Absolutely terrible experience. The bartender Doreen refused to serve me a drink because she didnt like the woman I was with. I would not recommend going there. Terrible customer experience. Plus, she refused to get me a manager to talk to.

Food was delicious. Wait staff friendly. Short rib sandwich with melted mozzarella cheese and grilled onions was quite tasty. There is a bar and also high group tables in addition to booths.
