We have been here many, many times over the last few years. I have finally evaluated the place and I think by waiting this long to do it lends more credibility to my review. First of all, let me say that if you are looking for a gourmet or authentic Chinese meal, this isnt the place. However, if what you seek is a taste of Asia without being too fussy, youll feel right at home here. The place may not be pristine but it is clean and the staff has always been accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and if you dont come out feeling full then you are doing yourself a disservice. The selection is extensive, but after many trips here I know just what I like. I usually start off by making a platter of cheese won tons with dipping sauce, fried chicken wings and egg rolls. Next I usually have General Tsos chicken (or one of their other chicken or beef selections) on some white rice with their tasty green beans. I usually supplement this with their very good fried zucchini and some big fried shrimp. They also have won ton soup and hot and sour soup, if youre so inclined. Im not one for desserts, but there is a large selection (including ice cream) included. There is a nice grill that my wife likes to frequent that has selections of meat, seafood, rice, noodles and vegetables. You select what you want and the chef will cook it up on the grill for you. My son and his wife also like sushi and frequent the sushi bar while there. They are pleased with the quality, especially being a buffet. I hope this helps!

It was absolutely terrible! My boyfriend and I went for dinner last night around 8, the food wasnt fresh at all! It was cold and you could tell it was sitting out for a while! Everything I tasted was just plainly gross and I couldnt even eat my meal. I even tried to eat the wonton soup and the wontons tasted like dough and completely undercooked it was so disgusting! We tried to mention this to the manager and she said thats how it was suppose to be cooked when clearly it was undercooked and she said she was going to get someone else to help us, then blew us off rudely and never came back! We wasted 20$ on the worst dinner experience Ive bet had and the worst of all, I didnt eat much of the food because it was gross so I was still hungry and sick to my stomach from the wontons, then my boyfriend ate a lot because he was just plain starving, on the way home he threw up everywhere and we had to pull over. I am absolutely never going here again and I dont recommend it to anyone else, worst place ever!

Everyone loves Chinese food. The problem with Chinese food is that you usually want a variety. You want Lo Mein, rice, chicken and broccoli, egg rolls, dumplings, General Tsos chicken, and others. But to get this from your typical Chinese restaurant, you have to pay an arm and a leg. Well not anymore! Thanks to the Chinese buffet you can get all your favorite Chinese foods without signing out a second mortgage! Oh and Wanton Soup! I forgot that in my earlier list. They got soup also. Teppenyaki offers quantity over quality but you still make out alright. The selection is pretty good and even has some non-Chinese offerings for the wee ones (Pizza, Mac n Cheese, Tacos). they also offer a Hibachi bar for a freshly prepared dish. Prices are fair, a lower lunch price and a premium dinner price which isnt too bad. Nothing sets this Chinese buffet apart from others, but if its the closest one to you, check it out!

I would give the food probably a 3.5 outta 5 stars and the sushi is definitely a 4 outta 5 stars...BUT they are getting 1 star because their waiters and especially the waitresses are garbage. They stand over top of you until they get their tip and dont even bother to get your used plates or refill your drinks...they dont even acknowledge you all the way up until you pay your bill and they get their tip and start acting like a kid in a candy shop...and if the tip isnt good enough they turn into some warlock lookin creature from the planet savage...they dont even bring your food to you...its a BUFFET...I aint tippin hard if they trippin hard...Ya heard. #JustTheTip #Teppasucky #TeppanyakiWhyYouTrippinSoHard?

Will never be coming back here. At 5 PM on a Friday, the food was all old, the sushi bar was almost empty, and the food that they did have was chewy and sort of bland. Didnt see a waitress until the end, so no drink refills. The building itself is run-down and looks like it needs some serious maintenance. But the worst part: we got seated in an entirely empty dining room, and the next group to come in got seated directly behind us. In an otherwise entirely empty dining room, they got put so close that the flimsy booth backing was being pushed back and forth every time someone moved, pushing me or the other group out of the way. Bad food, bad service.

Great food and awesome prices but Im giving two stars because their employees or "waitresses" have ruined my two visits. Cindy was our waitress last night. We were given the check before dessert. My date and I continued with our food and conversation. Cindy literally hovered around us, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable. We paid using a credit card but wanted to leave a tip (why, I dont know) using cash. When she saw there was no tip on the credit card, she asked, "Are you going to tip me?" That REALLY turned me off. We walked out without leaving her a dime. Its a shame... this place has the potential of 5 stars but their staff are just rude.

Food is okay. Ive been here a few times and never really had a problem with that. I think thats the only reason this place has some decent reviews. However, the waitresses are absolutely terrible. They hand you the check before you even start your dessert then hover watching you intently until you pay, making eating dessert very uncomfortable. They speak loudly to one another and dont smile when you smile at them. The staff ruin this place. Overall Ive been here 6-7 times over the past 2 years because its the closest buffet with a decent selection. But Im done with the place... Ive only have maybe 2 decent dining experiences here.

The worst service you will ever get. Example: I asked for a high chair for my son. The waitress said okay I will get that for you. I come back from getting our plate and there was no high chair but she was walking around doing nothing. With my son on my hip, I went and grabbed a high chair for my son and as Im walking with the chair and my son she now walks over and tells me shell get it. I told her no I dont need you now. Then kept getting in my way trying to tell me where to place the chair. Its not rocket science, yet she kept getting in my way. Not one person at our table of 6 received good service from her.

Most of the food is pretty good, however, the section of food they have in the back to the left hand side of the hibachi grill is often dry and in need of some love, that being said, their hibachi is pretty good and the options to mix up your dish that way are entertaining to watch beinh prepared very fresh. The rest of the food to eat and peruse is also pretty good for the most part, however I will leave with on the note that some of their labels should be update to reflect some of their changing options, theres to many different kinds of chicken for their labeling system to not be updated.
