Ive been wanting to try Teppanyaki Grill for some time especially after seeing they had a Hibachi Grill! Usually I go to the Ruby Buffet on Delaware Ave. and have been for years and years on occasions when I have a urge to eat Asian Buffet. So I found a coupon, $5 off Two Adult Dinners with the Purchase of Two drinks and talked my wife into trying Teppanyaki with me! Let me start by saying ALL the hot buffet food selection was COLD! Not even close to SAFE- SERV temperature! So I figure let me stick to the "Hand Rolls" since they are meant to be eaten cold anyway. The Salmon/Tuna didnt even look close to the color its supposed to be so I went with the old standby of California Roll (nothing raw in there) but the portion size was so tiny it was hardly worth the effort, even the Ruby Buffet gives larger portion sizes with their hand rolls. Doing my best to find something worth eating I decided to try the Hibachi Grill! The beef was chewy and rock hard, after I spit my first bite out into my napkin I gave up trying to find something worthwhile in this place! My wife on the other hand said she enjoyed the offerings, that was until a couple hours later after we got home and she was doubled over with severe stomach pain. Then I had to hear... "why did I let you talk me into going to Teppanyaki!" lol When our check came I gave the server my money along with my coupon and was told that since my wife ordered "a glass of water" the coupon did not apply. I quickly pointed out that I had ordered two sodas since I could not find anything edible and they could charge me for the 2nd soda... really, all that to save a little over $2.00 on the check? I wont be going back to Teppanyaki ever again. I dont see this place lasting very long, eventually they are going to make someone very, very ill and then of course that space will just re-open with yet another new name!

We were discriminated against here because of our height! They list their prices for kids according to age (3-6 yrs old & 7-10 yrs old) so when I tried to pay for my 10 year old for the 7-10 yr old pricing, the girl (employee) told me "no, she will be charged the adult price because she is too tall." They have a red Sharpie marker line drawn on their wall and she marched my daughter over to the line and stood her in front of it and said again, "no, shes too tall." Seriously? Because were tall, we dont qualify for the "normal people" pricing? They need to change their pricing criteria then. My 10 yr old eats like a bird so I was not about to pay $11.99 for her to eat a few pieces of fruit. Needless to say, we left and will NOT return and I will never recommend this place to anyone EVER!

I was impressed by the quality of the sushi they have there for a buffet. Been here five times and it really does keep on getting better and better. The service is nothing to write home about, but the sushi is super fresh and delicious. Do not come here if you are looking for fancy rolls or ornate pieces. Do come here if you are looking for fresh and simple sushi that will melt in your mouth.

Went in at about 8:30pm at night. They have a very wide range of items. Staff was friendly and enthusiastic. Dinner buffet was $11.99 which is an amazing price for the quantity of items. Since I went in late I understand why the items werent fresh and refilled regularly but that was probably the only complaint I had. My business associate said the bathroom was very clean and spacious.

I surprised this place is getting such bad reviews. Ive been coming here with my family for about a year and the food is great! This is always our go to place for Asian buffet. Dont let the reviews discourage you from going. You wont regret it.

I found some really disturbing things in my food. I told the management team and they looked at me like Im crazy. Im going to contact the FDA and BBB to find out how this company is still in business. Stay away from this place. BEWARE

No complaints so far. Theyre your table quick and refill your drinks before they are even gone. The food is pretty good and not only do they have a hibachi they also have a soup bar.
