It was my first time ordering there and it will definitely be my last. The guy making the subs was a total dick. He would ask questions in single words, "Cheese? Instead of, "what type of cheese?" and get pissed off if you answered him incorrectly. Maybe they should teach the guy how to speak properly in order to get the proper answer.

It is far from the "Best Sandwiches" rating it touts in its windows. They dont have a toaster to toast the rolls for hot or cold subs. And I like my roll toasted, especially if it is a soft roll like they serve. The bottom of the roll was half raw dough. And the tuna salad had lots of mayonaise.

WARNING: Know exactly how many hoagies you want prior to your order. If you say, "I want an Italian hoagie". The douchebag guy who takes your order will ask you 3-5x is that the only sandwhich. The hoagies are OK at best. Primos hoagies puts these guys to shame.

Great product but horrible customer service by the owner, the guy cutting the rolls and the person you come in contact with to order. He has to get better because regardless of how superb the tuna hoagies are we will not return.

Great place to grab a sub or sandwich! The customer service is awesome and they go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want! My kids love the place and have made it a weekly treat!

$11 for half a sub and an iced tea?!? 3 slices of cheese so thin it was translucent, half the amount of meat that you would get from other sub shops. Very disappointed and wont ever be going back.
