Ive ordered several times from Panda in the past and have had nothing but success. Today however has completely soured me on the place, to the point where I wont order from them again. I asked for my egg roll to be crispy - it came room-temperature and soggy. Asked for NO chilli sauce on my tuna roll - came with EXTRA. Asked for crunch in it - no crunch. All this wouldnt be worth a one-star review - but I asked for it to be delivered at 3pm when I was done teaching. It arrived at 2 pm when I was still with a student. Then, the delivery guy said "Hey, nice office, can I see?" and started RUBBING MY SHOULDERS. I was so shocked I didnt even know what to say, so I just said "Uh, ok." He showed himself in, took a look around, and said "You have nice office sweetie, you look very comfortable, nice office" rubbed my shoulders AGAIN and then said "Okay, honey, I see you tomorrow." and winked at me on the way out. ....really?! Please dont touch me without permission, especially not during a simple business transaction. Particularly not during one that you totally messed up. I wont ever order from there again, which is a real shame, because Ive enjoyed them in the past, but if you think Im taking the chance of running into Don Juan DeLivery again, you got another think coming. Gross.

I just moved to the area and was hoping this restaurant would be my go to Chinese/Japanese place. Order Chinese lunch special and the price seemed to be the higher side. When I asked for general tso chicken the waiter looked at me as if I was speaking another language so I pointed it out on the menu. I guess waiter needs to start writing down the order because he brought me an egg roll when I asked for hot an sour soup. Then another waiter comes after 20 mins asking what kind of rice I ordered because I guess they forgot. It wasnt busy and I was by myself. The food was the most bland Chinese food I ever had. Chicken didnt seemed fried. It was dry white meat and seemed as if it was baked. The sauce had no spice to it and was probably just corn syrup with coloring. Portions were on the smaller side but it was enough. Fried rice had good texture but again it was bland. The general tso chicken looked and tasted as if they found the recipe online for average people to make at home with the ingredients that most people would have in their kitchen. I hope that makes sense. If you are looking for healthier and bland "chinese" food then you might like this place. No clue if sushi is any good.

If it was possible to reflect the current rating of 2.5 stars, thats about where Id put this business. Im from out of town and a delivery pamphlet was set under my hotel door. Being an avid Chinese food lover, Ive tried several places around here already. Hoonan Noodle (it was meh), Panda Wok (it was meh), and then here - Panda Chinese, Japanese, & Thai. I ended up giving a 3 star, because the food was good! I dont think anybodys complain about the food so much. Let me first explain that I dropped a star because it said $10 minimum for delivery. When I went online to order, it ended up being $25 for my location. This is fraudulent, but I dont blame them because I was about 7.5 miles out. But, its an outright lie and they should modify their menus to include such a distance. I put another star down because the price is a bit higher than most, and quality is not that good. HOWEVER, I will say that they had more vegetables than other places, the spice level was just right, and even their shrimp didnt taste like rubber (most do). So... 3 stars is worthy, but if youre looking for a better price, just go to Panda Wok on Parsippany Rd. Its closer to all the hotels anyway.

I used to come here years ago and it was great! I loved it! Sadly I cant say the same now. They recently refurbished the restaurant so what was once all lit up is now dark. Theyre next to a fitness center and the music is so loud it vibrates into the restaurant. The waiter was prompt but he also hovered at our table. While this wouldnt be bad, my guest and I were the only ones there. It felt like we had no privacy and couldnt really relax with him watching. The food was especially disappointing. My appetizer came out cold while my guests was lukewarm. Our scallion pancake was very doughy and not crisp/not cooked well enough. My guests orange chicken was too crispy and sweet while my lo mein was hot in the middle and cold on the outside. I dont mind paying more for quality but there was none here. In the end, it was an expensive disappointment.

Update 6/29/17: So we ordered again, wanting to give this place another chance because we love them, turns out our food was sour. It seems like the meat was bad. Worse yet this was meant for a pregnant woman, so glad we smelled it before she ate it. My advice dont bother, its not worth the risk. This is so sad. I love this place. The food was usually awesome and on time but our last few orders have suffered. We work about 10 minutes away and our last few orders have been over and hour and half late. Not to mention the quality of the food is up and down. Sometimes its amazing, best Chinese Ive had and other times I wonder if I got food from the trainee. Its frustrating because I want to love this place based on the past but I doubt well be ordering as often anymore.

Been ordering from the place for years... more than once a week, $40-$50 a shot. Called in an order, they say "15 minute" - I get there 20-25 minutes later, no order - no nothing... "ohmos ready" she says ..I sit around for another 25 minutes - nothing. Finally, after I scream (in front of the one table with people) that I want my food or my money back, the lady runs into the back - all kinds of Chinese screaming ensues and out she comes with a bag of food. No apology, no nothing. I get home, wrong food. This was after 7 hours of air travel. 2nd time Ive ordered and been told 15 minutes and its been 3 times that. Lousy attitude. They lost $300 a month in business, thats all.

Lousy in every respect. The greeter spoke almost no Engrish, and I have seldom had a more surly and indifferent waitress. The food has very little flavor (but it was salty!), and the hot tea I ordered never arrived. I left a 43 cent tip. In their general attitude they couldnt have cared less about me. I think for Chinese restaurants, this place represents a new low. This is the NYC metro area, we are expected to be sophisticated and refined - so dont support bad businesses like this one.

The food here is ok, but it still is better than the food from Hunan Wok (north of here on Ridgedale). Delivery is SOOO slow. Took an hour for them to deliver food to us. Wanted to just drive over there and pick it up since I only live a mile away, but they said it was already out for delivery. 40 minutes later, our food arrived. Even though they put a menu in my mailbox every day, they still dont seem to know where I live. all in all, just ok.
