I "used to" go there at least once a week for the last few years, until today. The food has always been OK, but the people there are not at all friendly. Today was the last straw. I ordered my food, and a soda, and took some condiments to go with the take out. The guy there tried to take the condiments away saying I dont need them. I told him I wanted them, and he them tried to charge me $2.00 extra for the condiments and told me that this was tax. Im not stupid, and he knows I have been a long term customer. When I told him I was not paying for the condiments, he got nasty, so I left the lunch I was in the process of paying for, I left the condiments, I left the soda and I informed him that he lost a customer and that I would never go back, and I never will. This is not how to treat a long term customer. The food is not THAT good to have to take abuse, and its not like there are no other food establishments in the vicinity of Chatham, Madison, and Morristown.

Tried the General Tsos at recommendation of previous reviewer - it was excellent (Im very picky when it comes to that particular classic Chinese standby dish). My friend had the beef & broccoli, which according to him was also of a very "Good Taste". Prices are very reasonable and portion size was typical (definitely full w/ 1 luncheon special). General Tsos Lunch Special = $6.60 w/ the option to substitute an egg roll in place of soda. UPDATE: Every phone order I have placed in the past 7 orders has been ready literally under 10 minutes - I cannot even drive down shunpike before it is ready. No sacrifice in quality either - highly recommend the crab rangoon and steamed dumplings as well.

Having grown up in the area I have ordered their food on a few occasions. Got beef & broccoli a couple nights ago, about an hour after eating I began to get ill. When I called to complain the next day the man on the phone began yelling at me. When I showed up and asked for a refund he told me to wait, and then proceeded to call the cops. One of the most bizarre experiences involving food services that I have ever been through. This business should be shut down immediately, call the health inspector, Chatham can do better.

Worst EVER! Do not eat from here or you will get VERY VERY SICK! Food was passable when nothing else was available. Have eaten here maybe once a year for last ten years and have gotten food poisoning twice. Last night brother brought sesame chicken home and we got destroyed. Called to get a refund today and they told us to call the police and have them inspect the chicken?!? This place is disgusting, the food will get you sick, there are better options that you wont spend all night awake regretting.

Rude,rude rude!!! Food was just ok. The women at the counter was a total b%#^*!!! Told me to order the lunch special and didnt offer the included soup and soda. I asked her about them and she just went back to watching TV on her phone. Never again

The woman at the counter was very rude and abrupt. If she tried to smile she might crack. There are two tables in the restaurant but dont expect any kind of eat in option. They have no plates, cups or silverware. This is a take out only place.

Always really fast, really good food. I dont understand some of these reviews. If you want that classic Chinese food but a place that can cook you a few original dishes too - Good Taste is your place.
