Absolutely disgusting!!! Went at like 3 am. Im from jersey and have worked as a waitress in diners my whole life . I have never been more disgusted and pissed. First I ask about the calamari and if it was fresh or frozen .they say fresh! Bring it out in 4 more minutes. Under cooked and looked like onion rings. Clearly frozen!! Trade it in for buffalo wings that when came out were just wings. No buffalo! I stayed safe and ordered a mushroom and Swiss Burger. My husband ordered a waffle brkfast.. cant really mess that order up.. the bun was old and stale . The burger looked like it had been sitting there for hours and just came out the microwave. It was disgusting. I didnt even take a bite!!!! And Im a big girl lol. So for me not even to touch it is a big problem. Then I discover my husband eating a raw waffle !!! Literally!! There was still batter in the middle . The waiter was rude the hostess was extremely rude. And when I approached her about the calamari she swore it was fresh not frozen . She just was very argumentative and when we paid she only took off my Burger and made me pay Ala cart for the waffle brkfast which in the end was still the same price as the meal.I have never ever ate at such a dump disgusting horrible place in my life . I give this place negative 20 stars. HORRIFIC!!! THE ONE PLACE OF THOUGH WOULD BE BAD WAS THE BENDIX DINER DOWN THE ROAD BUT BOY THEY ARE EXCELLENT...DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER ..TRY THEIR MUSHROOM AND SWISS BURGER! AMAZING!! WE ARE OVER THE ROAD TRUCK DRIVERS AND RECOMMEND THEM ANYDAT OVER THE MEADOWLANDS

The tiramisu is terrible. The New York cheesecake is also terrible. The chocolate cake is not even chocolate. I wonder how this even got three stars. The only thing that was good was the iced tea. If there was a half star that would be my rating and if there was lower that would be the rating. Usually you think that northern diners are are the best, but not in this case. Sorry, but if I was a food critic, this place would have some really bad reviews.

I absolutely love this place! Been coming here for years. Friendly staff and the food is always delicious. I always end up getting the same thing because I love it so much, their Meadowlands Wrap is soo yummy! Chicken, bacon and swiss with the best honey mustard EVER! When Im craving that I always come here, because they never disappoint me. You want a good wrap or burger come here! I have literally been here two times this past weekend! Lol

I do not usually write reviews but the service from the host was really bad. When I walked in a got somewhat of an attitude. Then when I went to pay the check she gave me the change but it was the wrong amount. I gave her a $20 and the bill was $7.58 and she gave me $10 back. I asked her about it and she was annoyed that I was asking and made somewhat of a scene. If you go at night just expect this kind of service.

The food was good, and well worth the price, but this diner is not one of my favorites. The staff was nice and the place had a good atmosphere. Our waitress hovered quite a lot, but that could have been because we were one of three groups in the diner. If I lived in the area, I wouldnt return often (there were other places in the area that I ate at that were better), but for a weary traveler it sufficed.

Ive only been here a handful of times for lunch. Their lunch menu is very vast and have incredible monthly options. Their salads are always on point and their chicken breast sandwhiches ive tried went beyond my expectations. The service ive never had an issue with either. Overall a very solid diner expeirence with beyond expected food quality and taste.

I can remember the staple of Secaucus used to be a great Diner and now you cannot even have a decent breakfast whatever happened to Great diners in New Jersey? Potato was horrible, kaiser roll with butter , the roll was couple days old and butter bad ( thats a new one to me) ,, the eggs was pretty decent

What is more Jersey than a diner? What is more Jersey than the Meadowlands? Between this and the Tick Tock diner in Clifton, anyone who loves NJ will love these types of diners. Listen to Bruce and Bon Jovi while you order a pizza bagel after leaving the strip club at 3am. Now you are talking Jersey!

Just had lunch at the Meadowland Diner and my sister s bread pudding appeared to have a mouse turd in the dish..and the best part is the manager wouldnt even acknowledge that there was a problem....will NEVER go there again....AND a think a wick call to the dept of.health is in. order!!!!

The waiter was mad at us from the moment we arrived. Very weird. That plus Ive had problems in past with owner (woman) just not being accommodating on anything. I remember trying to swap french fries for potato salad and she was having a melt down. Food is ok but never good service.

I would give a zero if it was an option. I went at night and they were very disrespectfull, I dont know how they are in the day but at night the crew is terrible. I spent $10 on a side of motzerella sticks and when I asked about the and change given back they complained.

I walk in and I cant even sit and take a look at the menu. The host was yelling to get my order fast. Then I asked for a milkshake she said Im not making two. The night crew is Terrible. The owner puts the worst workers at night. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I come here just about every night since I work the Overnight shift and the diner is 24 hours. They have the best Chicken Orzo soup. The staff is always nice, food is great and has great pricing as well. Always recommend the Diner to other coworkers

Our waitress had a terrible attitude. Her favorite word was "what". My husband ordered sunny side eggs with the burger, which was tasteless & the eggs were basically raw. Overpriced food, $4 for a cup of orange juice. Would not recommend.

The family loves eating here and the staff is always super nice to my kids and accommodating to their picky eating. Goat cheese and spinach omlett is my go to when I want something light. Disco fries when I want something not so light.

Very poor customer service. This place needs to learn how to treat its customers better. We are not here to donate money to you. You are suppose to provide a service and we pay you for it. Be grateful we dine at your establishment.

I order take out from the Meadowlands Diner all the time and it is always awesome. They always get the order right and the staff is pleasant. Recommendation: french toast with bacon, they make it right!
