My go to spot for quick, delicious food in Flemington. All the employees are very nice, except for one guy who seems to be in his 20s or 30s. The most rude, unenthusiastic, petty, slow, horrible worker ever. He literally rolls his eyes when I ask to include ingredients. I lose my appetite when he makes my food and rarely ever finish it. Ive cut back on how often I go simply because of him. There have been times where I was ready to berate him in front of other customers and his coworkers just because his attitude is so piss poor. They need to fire him ASAP. Still 5 stars because everyone else is really nice and theyve been feeding me for years now.

Food is very good but had some very bad experiences with one staff member (I even contacted corporate multiple times but the owner never bothered to call me back). But their corporate philosophy is atrocious. They have a petty attitude, counting the rice grains and charging you extra for it (as if it were guacamole). BTW- check out my rating of other businesses, mostly 5s and 4s, I am not a negative person. Modern businesses like Starbucks and Panneras go out of their way for the customer. This place does not.

I love this place for 18 reasons, let me tell you them. 1. Burritos are delish. 2. Quesadillas cant get any better. 3. You looking for a good soft taco this yo place. 4. To describe their bowls in 3 words of mine would be 1. OMFG! 2. Satisfactory 3. Undescribable! 5. You want some good seasoned perfectly cooked chicken come to Pancheros immediately! 6. Pancheros has more then just chicken they also have steak that you couldnt put into words. 7. Carnitas! Hell yeah! 8. Tofu
