Moldy Pastries, and when I went to get my money back I was threatened by the owner. I immediately filed a police report. The inside of these pastries had green and white as well as black mold in them. How long have they been sitting there festering before I bought them. Worst of all is that my infant daughter ate a bite of the pastry before I saw the inside. Mistakes happen in every business and I could have gotten past this if they would have just apologized and gave me a refund, but instead the owner said he would "Give me a beating" if I just didnt leave and shut my mouth. I left the rotten pastries on the counter and made sure that everyone in line behind me could see the mold before I left and called the police. I am contacting the Ocean County Board of Health right now.

Used to order from here at least 2-3 times a week. I wont order from there anymore though since about half of my last 10 orders were completely wrong. What is worse is the last time I was in here and the order was clearly wrong (the counter girl handed me a sub when I ordered a wrap) , I told the employee the order was wrong and she still continued to ring me up as if she was hoping I would just forget that the order was incorrect. When it first opened the I feel the counter girls were much more attentive and the orders were always right outside of the occasional mistake. Now, like i said above, its like flipping a coin. When I order food, I pay for exactly what I want. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill in my opinion and I will no longer be a patron.

Food was fair but service and attitude of staff and owner was horrible. You would think they would have a better attitude with the prices they are charging and dont go out of their way to squeeze every extra nickel out of you. Had the nerve to charge me an extra 5 cents for a sandwich because the menu on the board had "not been updated". Dont waste your time, go to the place on Route 72.

I SPENT A LIFETIME LOOKING FOR ROLLS AND TURNOVERS AS GOOD AS YOURS, YOU NAILED #1 FOR KAISER ROLLS AND TURNOVERS...CANT WAIT TO COME BACK AND TRY YOUR BAGELS... PS I read many reviews of people pushing the staff under the bus...I found them to be very sweet...and everyone knows I DO NOT TOLERATE ABUSE... thats messed up...

Such a cute cafe. I love going in there with my laptop and getting a tea and cookies. Its a great atmosphere to just relax and get some work done. I also love getting lunch there with friends. Their grilled chicken salad was absolutely delicious. The employees are happy and friendly. Overall its a great cafe.

The food is amazing here and the ingredients are fresh. The staff is super friendly. This place gets really busy and it is hard to find a parking spot. So if your going at a peak time make sure allow for a delay. Good portions and a fair price.

great brunch spot, wifi for studying, got the venice panini with a side salad vs the fries & vanilla chai tea .. affordable & amazing for jus a little bagel store / cafe THEY DO NEED NEW SERVICES THO.. i think more experienced waitresses !

A well staffed and friendly local bunch. A wide spread of fresh made pastries and assorted baked goods. From soups of the day to fruit turnovers to the classic bagel sandwich, they cook up consistently good food.

Well they did it AGAIN!!!!!! They messed up the order!!!! And judging by other reviews, screwing up orders is the only thing they can do consistently. From now on, I will consistently take my business elsewhere!
