First the lady who takes the order: She seems to knew me since long back and I did something very bad to her. Thats the only way I can justify the kind of pathetic service she offers. At a point of time I felt like she might hit me for asking extra caramel sauce to add in my Caramel frappe. Second the dude who did my frappe: I asked less ice. He might though "who cares, lets put regular amount". And I asked to add extra caramel sauce. Please them him when some one ask extra caramel sauce, u need to put extra caramel sauce in frappe while preparation. He puts caramel sauce on top. If thats what I want, I would have asked for caramel drizzle on top. Finally after 10 mins of wait I get my frappe and it took me 10 seconds to throw it in the trash and get out of there not looking backwards as I havent even dared to ask if this was prepared properly according to requirements.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, I get exactly the service I expect from the chain, nothing more nothing less. Often they do not seem to put as much syrup flavor in my drinks but this is made up for by their quick service even if the line is a bit long. From what I see they also seem to be very on top of their mobile orders, they are easily accessible and always ready when people come in.

I have only once received 5 star service out of my 30+ times coming here. Staff not very friendly... Some are just plain rude. I cannot say they represent the customer service standards set by Starbucks. I would never choose to go to this location but unfortunately its the only store on the way to work.

Fast and friendly service. They keep the shop clean and always get my order correct. I know, that should be a given, but many baristas serve espresso macchiatos as miniature cappuccino. I think many have the urge to fill it with milk instead of just placing the foam on top.

Probably one of the better Starbucks stores in the area, especially for work. Theres a lot of tables (the space is actually pretty big) and power plugs, and the baristas are always pretty friendly. Never had any issues here.

Came in at Starbucks in Warren and immediately was greeted by the staff. Staff was friendly and recommended a great coffee experience. She definitely knew how to make her customers feel special. Thank you.

WI-FI didnt function properly on my smartphone even after following sign-in steps. Drink tasted like it had a slight soapy residue remaining. Didnt get to request a replacement order. :(

Great place,atmosphere is wonderful,awesome service. Only thing that really grinds my gears is the fact that they fill up half your cup with foam,never filled all the way with coffee.

very busy and often service levels are not very good. coffee is too dark for my taste and too expensive. Rather just go to Dunkin Donuts across the street.
