Ive been eyeing Supremas for a while and finally had an opening in my schedule to visit. Its a small place, but homey and well appointed. I counted seating for 22-24 inside, and there are a few more seats outside. After visiting, I understand the limited hours: the deli is attached to an office building, and I suspect most of their clientele visits for breakfast/lunch. I could definitely imagine coming over for a long study/lunch break from the nearby college; its the kind of place that feels comfortable to spend time in. I opted for the pulled pork sandwich and it was very, very good. The meat was tasty and appropriately saucy, the bun was delicious, and the coleslaw was tangy and fresh. I wish there had been room in my stomach for the macaroni and cheese! Someone came out to check on everyones experience/food and chat while I was there. It was a level of friendliness and investment in customers that I rarely find in the Seattle area, and which I miss from my time in more southern climes. Definitely a keeper!

I went in for the first time yesterday, since I had a Groupon to use. The service was great - everyone was super friendly and the employee at the counter helped me order so I could redeem my Groupon most effectively. I had an egg and cheese croissant, which was seasoned so simply it really brought out a great flavor. I also ordered the mac & cheese sandwich, but due to a crazy lunch time at work didnt end up eating it for a few hours. When I did - holy moly that sandwich was tasty! The blend of cheeses was just perfect, and the pretzel bread really was the ideal pairing. Whenever I go back, I think Ill definitely be ordering another of those mac & cheese sandwiches! One suggestion would be to add some healthier drink options for the combo, like maybe some cans of La Croix or Talking Rain flavored water. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of good and service at Supremas!

Stopped by looking for a simple meal when I was met with an amazing lunch and atmosphere to enjoy it in. Being from San Diego I am used to "whole in the wall" eateries and was missing that when I moved to the Kent area. Supremas Deli gave me a little of that spark I was looking for that I miss from San Diego. I am not saying that other restaurants are not as welcoming, but for what I was looking for and what I believe makes a good small business model was shown to me today in a small dish that was prepared with love and pride, nothing can beat that in my book.

Okay the ribs here are genuinely good! They sell them from thursday to saturday, but even though they are considered for "dinner", they sell out before noon. If youre gonna call in to order ribs, make sure you do it WAY EARLY - before 11:00, preferably. The potato salad and mac and cheese sides to the ribs are also really tasty! Also, the store owners are super friendly and welcoming, and really up for striking up conversation. A really great place!

Ordered delivery with Uber which was great, the good was lackluster to say the least. I went with a chicken salad sandwich and potato soup. The sandwich was soggy and totally overloaded with mayo and sweet pickles. The soup was not really soup. More of an instant potato puree with but floating on the top, it was not even edible. This place is cheap, but you really get what you pay for I guess.

Almost dont want to tell others....this is easily top 5 in Seattle area BBQ. On a par with Dixie BBQ back in its prime. Without the sauce, the smoke flavor speaks of slow, timely and loving prep. With the sauce, its like an angel descended to share a secret with your taste buds. Why is this place in a biz park, and tiny? Because the world works in mysterious ways, my friend. Just go.

Great family running a great little deli restaurant. We had the pork ribs, which benefited from an excellent dry rub and a not too hot not too bland homemade sauce. Its located in a business park and not visible from the street, so keep your eye peeled for the easel sign they place on the sidewalk.

The staff is fun, and the food is unreal. I was thrown off by it being stuck into an office building, but its the best place in factoria Ive been. Seriously, the dishes look and taste like something youd get in a super-serious restaurant - theyre even plated and garnished professionally.

Excellent service, the staff is very friendly! The food was great, they have a BBQ plate special that is amazing! You can tell the food is homemade. We were very pleased and will definitely be back! Odd location, thankfully there are signs to help guide you.

As a Texan. This is the BBQ spot Seattle has been needing. The ribs are so good you dont even need sauce. I went back to same day, thats how good it was. If youre a fan of "Down Home with the Neelys" you want to eat here.
