My iPhone 5 was stolen at this location by one of the employees and the restaurant manager has not contacted me to take my report. I am highly dissatisfied with their service, empathy and efforts to ensure me they did NOT take my phone. My family and I were the only paying customers in the dining room at the time my phone disappeared from the table I accidentally left it at. I used the phone moments before leaving the establishment to take a picture to post on Instagram to brag about being with family during a weekend that I came to Reno to pay my final respect at my uncles funeral. Michael and Monica claimed they didnt see the phone when they cleaned off the table that I returned to 7 minutes after realizing my iPhone 5 wasnt in my purse. I take full responsibility for leaving my phone in the presence of thieves. However, I really wish they would have common courtesy to return if when someone is asking them to at the their place of employment. Also, the "locate my iPhone" pinned the restaurant as the place that it was while we searched for the phone for an hour with the employees as well as an additional hour and a half after I left the establishment. The phone has been turned off, hacked and/or security codes changed to disable me from locating my phone. I have filed a police report and I am hoping and praying my phone is returned soon. This is more than a $699.99 phone in my eyes. This is something that I worked hard to earn and holds valuable memories in my photo/video albums as well as the recent notes Ive taken at important events. I will continue to post on this page until I speak with someone or have my phone returned. Thank you...

Let me start off by saying I love all types of pizza (who doesnt?) Be it a national chain or small mom and pop type shops. This place is expensive, which I wouldnt mind if the food was great, but it wasnt. The pizza looked absolutely amazing, but it as terribly bland. I dont know how thats possible with all the toppings I got. Thick parts of the crust were undercooked and lacked salt. The bread sticks were the same as the crust and the pizza sauce lacked flavor. 33 dollars for a large three topping, bread sticks and a drink. Not worth it. Even though the food wasnt good, the staff was very friendly and courteous, so kudos to them.

Their Pizza is just about the best all-around here. I like ordering from these guys. Their particular pizzas are huge and just tasty! I really like how they grill their wings luscious meaty and also a lot more healthful when compared to deep-fried variety. Every little thing relating to their pies is perfection- from the crust towards the gravy and toppings. Well worth a shot!

Awful!! I purchased a large pepperoni pizza from the S.Virginia location and it was so burned on the bottom, that I had to throw it away! I ordered it for pick up, so of course I didnt notice how bad it was until I got home. Avoid this location if possible. I like the one on kings row..

They have the best pizza in Reno. The best pizza Ive ever had. I love the Carnivore pizza. I usually hate "meat lovers" pizza but this is SO GOOD. The crust is soooooooo good with honey. I love this place.

I go to this location all the time and have yet to have a bad experience. The pizza is worth the wait it takes to cook but if youre in a rush call in your order.
