It seems the only thing great about this place is the view and the music. Even then, the music is way too loud to the point where I couldnt make conversion with my boyfriend and his family. Our wine server, Dana, appeared friendly but not at all intrested in our visit. She wasnt friendly in the sense off, "hi how are you?", or "what brings you here." The part that did it for me was waiting for each wine to be served. I felt like I was waiting 10 minutes between each new wine to taste. At the end of our last two wines Dana was nowhere to be seen. I got tired of waiting that I went and talked to a guy at the desk asking him where she was. He told me she was at lunch. Its ridiculous how she didnt even have the time or interest to let us know she was taking her lunch, which would be the professional thing to do. But I guess professionalism isnt taught here. Anyways, to end my rant, a guy came over to serve us our last two wines. It was at our last wine that Dana finally appeared. Terrible experience; obviously. Oh, and on a side note I felt that the wines were Overpriced for the quality.

They dont do limousines filled with drunk college kids. If that puts you off, dont read the rest of my review. This is the best way to do a winery... They live on site, work on site, and play on site. Ask about their food and wine pairing events. Rob loves his workers and the guys come back year after year. So do we as wine club members. You wont see their product at Walmart any time soon. Think Tuscany in the Cascades.

Weve taken several friends and family members to Mellisoni, and all have been wowed! Incredible wines, amazing view, beautiful winery, fun music, and great attention from the owners and staff. This isnt just a place to drink fine wines; you really feel a part of this place.

We had 12 girls and they opened up early and accommodated our party with excitement. We had very personal treatment and awesome tableside service from Robert and Donna, the owners. We couldnt have asked for a better place to start our tour of the Chelan vineyards.

What a beautiful winery! The wine is fabulous, the owners are amazing and treat you like family, the music and atmosphere are rocking and the view.....the best in Chelan! Definitely visit Mellisoni while in Chelan!
