Simply brilliant!!! Yesterday my wife and I agreed that it was time to try something to eat at this eclectic gourmet eatery...because we had heard it was excellent. When we arrived around midday the place had a few diners enjoying breakfast / brunch. Its a very happy space inside with community tables and a number of bar top tables scattered around.I was inquiring about the types of food on offer with Shyla behind the counter .....explaining that I had recently read that the chef/founder Barbara had a personal dietary issue hence the gluten free bread and other foods on the menu.Soon after I was talking directly with Barbara who explained her culinary mission ...essentially to provide healthy top quality and interesting foods for all her customers. My wife and I ordered lattes and sandwiches from the very extensive menu board. As we waited a steady throng of customers kept streaming in the door....must be a popular breakfast / lunch venue we realized. Our lattes tasted quite nice though we tend to like stronger blends. As we waited for our sandwiches we couldnt help striking up conversations with a couple of diners sitting at our long table.....one lady was a wellness coach from San Francisco and the other one was a childrens book writer who lives close by...how interesting is all that? We collected our lunch order from the counter when it was ready.....both sandwiches looked fully loaded. My wife had ordered a Greek Chicken wrap and I went for the Turkey Avo made on a house baked gluten free ciabatta. The sandwiches were in the $12 to $13 bracket but the high quality ingredients tasted very fresh as did the house baked gluten free bread. We were more than happy with our lunch and the friendly service we received from all the staff.Barbara explained to us earlier that she is planning to open a gluten free bakery next door and is also adding a range of gluten free beers to the beverage menu.I have to be honest that I had reservations about eating gluten free products particularly bread because I had heard it can have an odd taste but the ciabatta that came with my lunch tasted perfectly normal..and maybe even better. We also met Paul who looks after the farmers produce boxes sourced from local farms for customers here and Katherine who is one of the culinary instructors who looks after the evening cooking classes. It is simply amazing how many food disciplines The Curious Fork is engaged in and it is all propelled by the dynamic Barbara and her talented staff. Our first visit here was a lot of fun and our lunch was very enjoyable. The Curious Fork has so many strings to its bow......its a deli making delicious healthy hand crafted sandwiches...its a cafe making a wide range of coffee & tea beverages whilst providing a relaxing space for diners....its a bakery serving a wide range of gluten free breads, cakes and other products....and its a culinary cooking school to boot.We love it!

AMAZING - this coming from someone with Celiac who just had the best GF bread theyve ever had. However, my dining companion (not GF) loved his food too and couldnt tell it was gluten free! This place deserves major props for being an amazing eatery that has also managed to be accessible to the many who cant have/dont want gluten. Cannot recommend it highly enough - tons of lunch options including delicious baked goods. I will be back EVERY time I am in the area.

100% GLUTEN FREE!! And 1,000% delicious even for people without a gluten problem. I cant believe there arent any reviews of this place yet because it is so incredibly good and the staff were all so friendly and cheerful! I got a portabella sandwich with veggie chips and a slice of heavenly vanilla cheesecake. They have gluten free sandwiches, pizza, pastries, and lots of other yummy things. Go there now!! You wont be sorry :)

Cooking class was good overall. Instruction was clear and helpful, and attendees had a couple of opportunities to do hands-on work. Allowing outside beverages in to the class, and more chances to perform the techniques demonstrated would have improved the experience. Also, the video monitors were largely useless, but the instructor allowed attendees to stand and come right up to the front at all times, which was great.

What a great find. My wife and I came here with our sun, and sat outside and enjoyed a house-made egg sandwich and frittata. Their coffee was also good. Staff was friendly. We hope to come back and try one of their many cooking classes.

Attended the macaroon class here, and it was a lot of fun. I made macaroons at home in a couple days and it worked pretty well. Only complaint is the size of the class: about 6 to a bowl so not always actually working on the macaroons.
