My partner, self and 12 year old stepson have family (partners mom) in Las Vegas and every time we visit, our "tradition" is to go to Red Lobster for (what else?) steak and lobster. We have been to the other RL store on Flamingo and have always had excellent experiences, and am happy to say that the Decatur location delivered just as well. We decided to try that location on the night of December 20th because its a bit closer to Moms house; turns out the heavy traffic in that area negated any time we would have saved, plus the entrance to it is somewhat tricky since its right near a freeway on-ramp. Oh well. Once we entered the restaurant, we were seated promptly and greeted promptly by "El," our waiter. We had been gadding about in Summerlin all afternoon without a lunch stop, so we were all starving. We began with appetizers, opting for the mix tray of mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and stuffed mushrooms. They were brought out within 10 minutes of our ordering them, piping hot and delicious! We were actually served by 3 different wait staff including El over the course of the evening. Their names I did not catch, but all were very cordial and professional. Our dinners also came in a timely fashion and the steaks were cooked to perfection, the lobster melted in your mouth! My stepson had his very first steak and lobster dinner and made a respectable dent in it for a young man of a mere 75 lbs. I ordered a glass of the house Pinot Noir mid-way through the meal and it was very good, and once again, delivered promptly. Just about the only lapse in service we had was that the appetizer dishes were not taken away as quickly as they should have been. We actually stacked them and put them on the edge of the table to facilitate quick retrieval by the wait staff. All in all, though, it was a memorable evening, hopefully one of many more to come.

Best red lobster in town, True Story: I decided to take my wife here to enjoy a meal one night, (not our first time at this location) so we are seated at our table and a good 45 minutes goes by before we are even served water! Seriously lol. Being the calm and respectful guests we are i gently ushered the attention of a waitress and requested to speak with the manager. After explaining our experience we had the manager allowed us to choose 2 entrees with an appetizer and 2 drinks (alcoholic of course) completely ON THE HOUSE!!!! Totally made up for the experience. I have eaten there since then and will continue to.

Out of all the years that I have been going to Red Lobster todays experience which is July the 11th 2017, was not one of my better ones . My food had to be returned. Apparently the chef doesnt understand that muscles should be open when you serve them to your clients so I ended up having to let the manager know two times about my dissatidfaction. I would rate them not very well today. Also had to wait for the biscuits to be prepared which were mushy & doughy. The Decatur location.

Sehr lecker. Verstehe aber nicht wieso man 20-25 Minuten warten muss, wenn noch über 10 Tische frei sind und in dem Zeitraum wo wir da waren diese nicht besetzt. Aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen. Personal war super freundlich.

The food was good! It was hot and fresh. Our waitress Janisha was sweet but missed a few important items. She brought bread but no bread plates and napkins.. We had steak and Lobster but took too long to get A-1. That should have been at the table before the steak arrived. The music was a bunch of screaming. The wait staff was behind us.. Throwing little tantrums being upset should be kept off the dining floor and in the back. Holly at the front was amazing....

Hands down, Red Lobster is great for shellfish lovers. I specify shellfish because they dont really have a lot of fish choices - shark, Calamari, Halibut, swordfish, etc - but I believe Red Lobsters aim is to specialize in the area of shellfish - Lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters, mussels... I think you get the picture... The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. They truly take ownership of your experience to make sure you enjoyed your visit.

Very disappointed with my visit. I order the seafood trio and the server tell me that they are out of tilapia. I said thats fine ill take the salmon instead. She leaves then returns to tell me that the manger will not allow the substitution and that I need to find something else off the menu. Are you kidding me. Will not be returning nor suggest this resturant to anyone.

The Decatur location is get worse each time. They advertise Lobsterfest. Only certain items available. Server has the manager and as speaking to her ae gets attitude. She was totally unprofessional. This is not the first time having a problem here. Well its the last. Would much rather eat Long john Silver and I hate that place. We ended up leaving vowing never to return.

My server was slow, he didnt bring small plates. My baked potato wasnt done, when I informed my server, he said "I think theyre rushing"."Would you like something else"? My second potato wasnt done. I waited a long time for a take out order which was placed right after my dine in order. I waited a long time for my check. Not a good experience and Im an out of towner.

We came to have dinner we ordered our food. We get our food and my husband found a hair. We sent it back and he had to wait again gor his food to be ready. He finally got his food and guess what abother black corse hair. Ee told the server and he tried to say it was a crab hair. They didnt discount or say they would take it off our bill. We will never come back.

Was seated at the back of the resteraunt and our waitress avoided us for 30 min..until another waiter with dark hair asked if we were helped...the waitress that should of served us...never gave us the time of day...food was good..but the waitress that takes care of the back area should be fired...i will never go back to that location because of her...

Never been to Red Lobster before and was hyped up about it when my brother had said it was pretty good. Unfortunately, my first experience here wasnt so good. My girlfriend received watered down, cold soup, the lobster pizza was cold as well and the fries lacked salt/seasoning. The only positive was our server/service. No intentions on returning.

Took my family post morhers day, ordered mussels a full third were not open which means they were dead and not fresh. ordered salmon and squash got cold dry fish and almost raw broccoli . my kids plates for wrong, my daughter got nasty looking undercooked shrimp she didnt even eat, server must have went on 20 minute break. Will not be back,, ever

Its been a long time since Ive dined at a Red Lobster and Im really glad I did tonight. The host was very friendly and immediately accommodating to myself and the fact that I have a service animal. Great, friendly and timely service and the food was excellent. Definitely not the meal I thought it would be. Exceeding my expectations! Well done.
