Terrible customer service. We had a party of five, so we tried to sit at a larger table. The waitress did not let us sit at the table we wanted. She said that we needed eight people. They later sat four people there. We waited for awhile to order. They were not busy when we arrived. The staff never asked us if we needed anything, throughout our meal. They did not have condiments like chilli oil, soy sauce, so we needed to continually ask for them. One of them could not understand what I was asking for. She needed to get another person to translate. That was really not a problem. We had to wait for the rice, since we did not get it until several minutes later. They intentionally shorted us $10, to get the tip. We usually tip well, but we did not this time. One of the staff chased us down as we were leaving. She said something about casinos get tips and we needed to tip since we were outside of the casinos. I gave her a $5 bill and left. I wish I could say the food made up for the horrible experience.

I went there restaurant the other day and order foods. a plastic stick came out of from the soup..middle of when im eating ...disgusting.I guess it is part of brush for cleaning dishes anyhow i called waitress told them what came out. Funny part is she took a platic stick out of my hand and throw away on floor infront of me (she dont even put garbage on trash can)and said its no big deal! Is this no big deal?! OMG her attitude really dont care What kind of food human eat or all chinese is dirty like them? Definitly i never want to go back to this place plus i looked up this restaurant on google found out they have failed health inspection in 2015 more than two times. Do you want to know more? Dec 26th...waited at least 45 min for our tofu order..we were the first 2 in this place this morning. .asked 3 staffs for sweet n sour sauce before they told us that they ran out..how hard was it really to give us our order right away and to tell us that you ran out of the sauce..the first server gave us all different kinds of chili sauce and I dont even know if she understood us that we asked for sweet n sour sauce..how hard is that!!!! Then we told the head server that we were waiting for a long time for the tofu and the service was not good this time ...then she went off and started talking in Chinese..for all I know she was talking about me..bad service.. speak in english if someone is talking to you in english

I was very excited to try this restaurant because of the good reviews, and the fact that they were open late. As soon as I saw the menu, and saw that they serve shark fin soup, I realized I cannot support this business. I understand it is a cultural speciality, but it is seriously endangering so many species of sharks. If they are gone, the entire ecosystem of the ocean will be ruined. Im not normally a radical "save the animal" type, I just hope that others see this and think about the effect it is having. It legitimately makes me sick to think about it.

I came here several times already. You can really enjoy authentic Chinese food here. The cold dish combination (冷菜拼盘） is excellent. The seafood soup with fish belly (海鲜鱼肚羹） is one of my favorite. The spicy fried shrimp (椒盐虾）and frog leg. (田鸡腿） are very delicious. The environment is a little bit crowded. The service is above average. Definitely I will come back again.

Went here with 9 friends at midnight. Fantastic food shared on a carousel on the table. Ten different dishes of the "small" late night vareity left us completely stuffed, a few of us had a beer, and the whole thing cost less than $20 a person. Do NOT miss some late night eats at this place. Absolutely delicious.

Come here on a Thursday dinner time, get the lobster with ginger and green onion, pretty tasty..if you like authentic Cantonese food, this is the place ...they have lunch special and serve free house soup, service is as expected in a Chinese restaurant, mostly locals, but during holidays, lots of tourist too...

Amazing staff, and delightful food. My husband is more bold with his choices witch were pig ears and duck feet with some sesame oil. I prefer the honey walnut shrimp :) I mentioned it was my husbands birthday and we received free desert.
