This location is wonderful! The service was amazing and staff kept checking on us to see if we were helped upon arrival. Also the staff all had smiles on their faces. It nice to go into businesses and most or all employees are nice and greeted by smiles and great service. The food was scrumptiously delicious! Thank you kindly to the staff and keep up the fabulous service!

Decided to try this new location on Las Vegas Blvd South. Service was slow, portions were not like the Green Valley location. My order was not correct when it came out, they fixed it after I sent it back. Will not be going to this location again. Still love Black Bear Diner though.

The wrong food was brought out. The food took an hour to come after being ordered. Had to ask to have the water refilled everytime. Manager was rude. Was the worst service I have ever had.
