Today, 5/14 for Mothers Day, the family and I (5) of us decided to go to red lobster. Weve been waiting for this day since other cities we go to, we love red lobster. It turned out to be a total disappointment. Over a 45 minute wait, we decided to give a heads up to the manager. As we did they told us they will follow up with our order. Keep in mind we told them it was like 4 appetizers, soup and a mac and cheese kids meal. The manager told us "2" minutes, turned to be 8mins. We lost our patients. We decided to pay our drink meal and leave. There was no what so ever a compensation! Notthing to bring your guest BACK. Just a "sorry" and we will cover your two drinks but to PAY FOR YOUR OTHER DRINKS. We are so disappointed in the service, notthing was organized. I saw the food come out and I saw that my mozzarella ball salad, had no mozzarella balls but sheredded mozzarella!! I was like where are the mozzarella balls? The waitress confirmed that they ran out as well. Being backed up from "Mothers Day" is an excuse. If anything be prepared for Mothers Day. Horrible experience!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I will never ever go back there and will not even recommend it to anyone. Waited too long, at least 25 minutes just to get our glass of water, and I have to asked for it. The place is not busy at all. People who came after us were being served and we are still sitting waiting for our server. Finally, somebody came to us and got our order. We ordered everything at once, since weve been sitting there for a long time and we already know what we want: cocktails, appetizers, and our entrees. Waited for a while again, at least 15 minutes and still didnt get anything even just the cocktails. This time I am already very upset, we just got up and walked away, and nobody even notice. Thats how bad the service was at Red Lobster.....

We began visiting Red Lobster again after a hiatus of a few years. We began noticing the quality of their food and service was getting worse and so we stopped going. We decided to give them a try again about a year ago and Im happy we did. The quality of the food and variety in the menu were great. The ambiance of this particular location is also good. Lots of darker and more subdued tones in the decor. Definitely worth a visit!!!

Excellent franchise location. Best time to dine here is at 11AM on a weekday if you can manage it. You will have your servers full attention. Other times, service will suffer, but it wont be your servers fault because, as happens so often, management under staffs. Food is great and specials abound - endless shrimp, lobster-fest, etc. Check the website for whatever season it happens to be when you choose to visit.

My husband & I recently had a late lunch at your Palm Desert restaurant. We had looked forward to it so much & were so disappointed with our meal. When my husbands shrimp special arrived it was so overdone and should never have been served. He reordered and the next order was better. My fish & chips were just okay. however not memorable enough to make us to want to come back. Very disappointing!

Horrible service. Had to ask for clean silverware 4times. Waited over 45minutes for our food after we got our salads. Never got drink refils even after asking and after being there over an hour we left and still hadnt gotten our entrees. But other waiters where doing there jobs and the manager gave us a gift card so you decide if its worth the risk

Today was my first time going there and i was really disappointed. My family and i waited 1 hour to get sitted and almost 2 hours in there to get our food wich never came i got up and ask to pay for my drinks and left. It was our first time going there and its going to be our last.

I had a wonderful meal at Red Lobster off Fred Waring and highway 111 in Palm Desert. My server was Kristen. She was amazing! Extremely friendly,out going,constantly smiling,and overall service was wonderful. I will definitely be back to this store because of her service!!

Waiting for 20 minutes didnt get seated. Said there wasnt enough tables then said that there wasnt enough waiters. So understaffed and it was bearly 3p the busiest time. Left instead, manager tried to seat us but we knew we will still needed to wait to get served.

The great thing about Red Lobster is they pay attention to architecture which helps with great conversation over dinner. Tonight was a miss at this location. They skimped on the lobster tacos. As you can see they were hardly filled. The service was OK tonight.

The waiter, Cesar was great, but the length of time it took to get our food was ridiculous. They werent that busy that there should have been that much delay. However, Cesar did everything he could to speed it along, and was very apologetic.

I am a frequent diner at this location and I must say the food is very good and the service is even better. In comparision to other locations I have visited, this is by far the nicest in decor as well. A good value for your money.

Food love it..me n man go there alot. Only thing is sometime waiter doesnt refill drinks often so ugh..but we always come back for food lol... So plus on taste of food...minus on some waiters dnt pay attention.
