I live in Las Vegas, and Ive eaten at a lot of the casino buffets. This one was easily the worst experience Ive had since I moved here. The buffet is overpriced whether you have a players card or not. The food was all very dry and lacked flavor. Everything seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for far too long. I tried about ten different items off the buffet from Asian, Mongolian, American BBQ, and Italian, and I wasnt impressed with any of it. The worst part about my experience was with the payment method. I paid for myself and my girlfriend, which cost me $47 before tip (way too much for the quality of food.) I was then informed that I could go get a Suncoast card and save about $10, so I did. I went back to the pay station for the buffet, and they told me they were cancelling my original purchase for $47 and adding the new purchase with the member discount for $36 (still too much for this food.) After a week, both charges were still showing up on my card, so I called Suncoast. I spoke to someone from accounting who told me I had to wait longer before the credit would show up, so I did. Now today Ive waited two weeks and there is still no credit, so I called back again and spoke to another person in accounting. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. First, she was on lunch and was apparently the only person there that could help me, so I had to wait to be called back. She called me back but then she told me she couldnt figure out the system and had to call me back again. Then she called me back again and said she couldnt find my transaction, so asked if she could call me back again after she could locate my transaction. After another hour of waiting, she called me back and explained that she had called her credit card servicer and they had claimed that they had issued the credit to me, and that she could no longer help me and she told me I had to call MY credit card company, Capital One. So I called Capital One and they looked through all of my transactions and could not find a credit anywhere, so Im under the impression that the lady at Suncoast lied to me just to get me to leave her alone, and now Im stuck having to DISPUTE the charge because Suncoast will not just refund my charge for me. Ive enjoyed playing blackjack at this casino in the past, but I will not be going back due to this service. Steer clear of their buffet, its a joke.

fuimos para el desayuno, el personal fue muy amable y la relación precio calidad bastante razonable, digamos que no es uno de los mejores buffet para desayunar pero tiene lo suficiente para uno quedar satisfecho por su precio (6.99 p/p), creo que volvería a desayunar en ese sitio y también lo recomendaría para el desayuna puesto que para las demás comidas no lo he probado

Went there for their Christmas dinner special. I felt like I got what I paid for. A number of the items lacked flavor and the texture of the ham was wet and fatty. My favorite part of every buffet, the Chinese station, was a disappointment aside from the sushi. The mashed potatoes, potato salad, and braised beef were scrumptious. The pumpkin cheesecake, minus the disgusting crust, was delicious. I did not get the names of the two friendly staff members I encountered there. One an African American lady at the front counter and a woman of Hispanic origin who I think was a busser.

In response to the advertised improved buffet, I returned after a few absent years for breakfast to give it a try. It is still the same bad cooking. I tried eating scrambled eggs and corned beef hash. They were both completely dried out and flavorless. Pebbles would be an appropriate description. Moved on to a bagel and cream cheese with lox. The cream cheese was good but the bagel was stale. These are main breakfast features. Come on Sun Coast you have to do better then this. The service was good and the coffee good but I will not be returning.

So I went in today for dinner with my children paid almost 71.00$ Jorge are server was awesome. The food not to good. The Spanish rice no flavor the broccoli was mushy n no season. The chix strip were dry n hard the bbq chix was rubbery. The taquitos were super hard n overly cooked. The fish had a smell to it. Even the fruit tasted like it was watered down. I dont think I will be coming back to this buffet ever again. For it to have such variety and it all taste so bland. Very disappointing!!!!!!!

Went this morning for breakfast. It is difficult to "mess up" breakfast but they managed to do it. We have gone there on and off for years. The food is horrible... and believe me, it has to be pretty bad for us to say that. Every single item on the breakfast menu, with the exception of desert, was just awful. Came home with nausea. 6 people, all sick to their stomach. The casino has also gone down hill. Filthy!! looks like they dont take any pride in cleanliness. Wont be back.

Vastly improved and an amazing deal for the price especially at dinner! Ive stayed and dined at the Suncoast very frequently over the past year. The buffet has amazing variety -- separate stations for Chinese, Seafood, American BBQ, Italian, carved NY strip steak and turkey and even a Mongolian BBQ! I got more than I expected at the price point. Great quality! Way better than the JW Marriott buffet

wife ate there tuesday afternoon, did not like the food. early this morning started throwing up every 20 minutes. today (wednesday) took her to summerlin hospital, blood work showed nothing, doctor said it looked like it was something she ate (this was the last food she had when she ate at the buffet tuesday) at summerlin hospital from 1pm till 6pm.

One of the buffet employees, I heard he was the chef, snatched a full plate out of the hands of one of your paying patrons. The Sun Coast should be embarrassed to have an employee like him! If they insist on having rude employees, they should at least make sure he is good at making enjoyable food (spoiler alert: he isnt).

This buffet is not one of Vegas finest. But living in the neighborhood it is nice to pop over to a buffet. We know the food is not that good but it is close for locals.
