My in-laws had just landed and we needed some lunch. They were staying at the Marriot just across the street and the woman at the front desk recommended we come here. Lucky for me, this place has been on my to-do list! Mr. And Mrs. H shared a burger with a side of French fries and onion rings, hubby ordered the Rueben and I ordered the pineapple Upside-down pancakes with a side of fruit and bacon. I got to try some of the burger and onion rings. While the onion rings were just fine, the burger with avocado was a solid choice. While my pancakes were pleasing to the eye (they were pretty huge!) I have to say that they were just fine. The pineapple was baked inside, which made it loose most of the juice that you would keep in a pineapple Upside-down cake. Basically, I wish Id had a ton more pineapple. I think my husbands Rueben was the real winner of the day! It was piled high with plenty of meat and all the flavors were spot on. Even the roasted rye bread that looked pretty ordinary had fantastic texture - toasted on the outside and soggy on the inside. Both couples decided to share a Chocolate Cream Pie. These things are huge! Theyre served in a very deep bowl. Theres an Oreo crust, the chocolate Cream which was a nice balance between pudding and mousse, a thick layer of whipped cream and is sprinkled with chocolate chips. While the whipped cream tasted heavy and oily to me, I loved the other components. The Oreo crust and chocolate chips added some great texture. And frankly, I couldve gone for five more layers of the Oreo crumble!! I certainly hope to visit here again soon. When we do, I would totally revisit that Rueben. Then maybe try the Chocolate Lava cake for dessert!

We were seated upon arrival, which was great. However we had to wait 20+ minutes to place our drink order. By the time they came to get our drink order, we went ahead and place our food order also since it would be easier and quicker. Then we waited another35+ minutes for our food and finally got our drink right before our food came out. Once our food did finally come to our table, mine and my son’s food was cold. My Burger had Onions on it but I’m allergic to onion and specifically ordered NO ONIONS. After confirming on the receipt, the waiter did place the order correctly, it was the grill that messed it up. It had to be sent back 2 times as a result of the onions being on it. This isn’t the first time this has happened like this. The grill usually messes up our orders, whether they are called in for pick-up or we dine-in. The last time we came in, my wife and I came in for a birthday dinner just the 2 of us. As a result of the visit, my Wife ended-up getting severely ill. I called the restaurant to let them know she had gotten Food Poisoning and the person on the phone whom Identified themselves as the Manager, said it was impossible because they always cook their food thoroughly. Then they asked how we knew it was caused by their food, and I said because she had not eaten anything else but fruit that day and also everything she had eaten at the restaurant was still whole when she started throwing-up.

My family and I have been to your resturant many times even tho the food is very good the managment customer service was terrible one of our favorite things to nhave is the french dips we ordered and were waiting for our food and the waitress came back to the table and told us thatn they were out of the rolls to make the sandwich so we had to order something else. so we ordered burgers. so we ate and paying the bill the waitress told us she was sorry. I asked to talk to the manager and asked him why didnt he go or send someone across the street to trader joes and get some rolls we would of waited. his answcer was you like the burgers right and I said yes but thats not the point. he didnt even offer any compensation. if it was my resturant I would do anything to make my customers happy. we eat there alot so do our friends and family. we have been back but now have found a new place to eat I know this doesnt sound like a big deal, but I think managment needs to go back to school on customer service. this happened more than once. now your resturant will be more empty than it was. thank you carol colvin

Went on a Friday at about 4:30 for the all you can eat fish dinner. Service was slow, although there were not that many customers. On their website, the fish looks golden brown and delicious, then my meal arrived. The fish was a terrible color, not properly battered and had a black overcast to it. Being hungry, I ate it and was going to have 2 more fillets. It was difficult to get the server staffs attention, but finally got more. The server staff never came by unless I flagged them, did not keep my beverage filled, and even took a long time after finishing to get my bill. In total honesty, I would have had a better meal and experience at Long John Silvers. I sent an email to corporate, and received a reply that the manager would contact me. Three months later, it has not happened. Will not be back and will recommend to all to avoid it.

Was apprehensive after all of the negative reviews but one of our group members wanted to go here, so... Three of us had the chicken fried steak, one had salmon, one meatloaf, and one child Mac and cheese meal. No issues with unclean surfaces or the like. The steaks were all great, the mashed potatoes and gravy were tasty and the vegetables were cooked to perfection - not raw but not overcooked into tastelessness. The salmon was reported to be quite good by a person who often eats salmon. The meatloaf was also quite good. Finally, the waiter was very helpful and came by often with refills and to inquire about our needs. Will eat here again in the future.

The service is outstanding ... our waitress could not have been more knowledgeable or more friendly. The Friday night "Fish Special All You Can Eat" was VERY DECEPTIVE. The explanation was deep fried crusted haddock. It should have been described as "tons of crusted batter surrounding VERY LITTLE HADDOCK." Every bite I took was a further proof there was very little haddock. For the price paid, there should have been a thicker piece of haddock. A word to the wise ... "Dont order the All You Can Eat Fish" ... definitely not in keeping with the other items on the menu!
