Ate here while on vacation in Moab...well actually I didnt get to eat. My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and we each ordered our food (his was the Kokopelli Chicken Dinner, and Mine was a salsa burger that was the special that night). My boyfriends dinner arrived, without the soup he was supposed to get with it. We waited patiently for my food, but it did not arrive for about 30 minutes. My boyfriend was done eating by the time it came. It was prepared wrong, all the dressings on it when I wanted none. I had mashed potatoes with gravy on the side and the gravy was spilled all over my plate. The burger was barely warm. I told our waiter. He then took the plate with the gravy leaving plain mashed potatoes on the table. A few minutes later he brought me a fresh burger. Too fresh. I knew immediately it couldnt have cooked long enough. The burger was barely seared on the outside, raw on the inside and the cheese on it was not even melted. It once again had all the dressings on it I asked for it not to have, and the plate had fries on it instead of the gravy to go with my now cold potatoes. I could not eat a raw burger and my boyfriend was done eating, so I did not want to wait anymore. We went to the register and offered to pay for his meal but not mine. The ONLY reason Im giving this place 2 stars is because my boyfriends food was good, he liked it, and because at this point, our entire meal was comped. So we left, me without any food. A total waste of an hour or more of time I wanted to be eating! I would never recommend this place as I didnt really hear anything positive about it while in town. The green chili on my boyfriends plate was "Meh" but he enjoyed it.

So, I went to this diner 4 days in a row due to traveling and we couldnt find a good reasonably priced place to eat. And the first time we tried this place we had breakfast for dinner and their skillet and French toast was on point, and our food came out within 5 minutes of ordering. Mind you, everyday we came we just got done hiking so we were hungry and we wanted it right there and they certainly did. If you want huge ice cream for cheap go here and you can get a waffle cone and get three huge scoops of Blue Bunnies ice cream. The waiters the first two days were the same and we tipped him good Bc he was very friendly and always had our glasses full. The last day the lady barely saw us, she was very nice when our potato hash wasnt cooked all the way but she never checked up on us. I highly recommended this place if you are going out to eat after a day of biking, hiking, driving or even just walking the streets and buying things. I love this place and I will miss it so dearly.

Im sure the restaurant is great. I saw alot of satisfied customers. But our service was horrible. I ordered the hamburger plate that includes a hamburger, a bun, mashed potatoes and gravy, and my choice of soup or salad. What I received was a dry hamburger on a bun that was drenched In a puddle of gravy. There was no mashed potatoes at all on my plate. When we asked the waitor where the mashed potatoes where, he offered to bring me the mashed potatoes on a separate plate, and a fruit cup. We agreed that instead of that, he would just bring me a vanilla shake. We ended up getting charged for the shake -_- Overall the service was slow and disorganised, and I saw people who came in way after us being served first. I saw all the meals of others coming out and they all looked high quality and tastey.. But my meal was complete trash. Im not sure what kind of mistake happened in the kitchen, but literally the dollar burgers at McDonalds are better then what I got.

Moab Diner and their staff are fabulous. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the staff go above and beyond. It is a regular stop for me traveling. Recently, I enjoyed my usual green chili cheeseburger meal at the Moab Diner. I accidentally left my purse in the bathroom. I had driven over an hour and a half later when I discovered it and everything I own, including a new smartphone, were not in the car. I called the Moab Diner staff. My purse was safe under their register. Even more shocking was the kindness from the various staff members helping me, and they refused a finders fee. They were genuinely happy to help. This alone has won a lifetime fan and loyal customer. I cant say enough wonderful things about the Moab Diner and their staff.

Walked in here 15min before closing on a Tuesday (big no no), almost left after realizing I did so but Stacey, my server, assured me it was alright and didnt make me feel like a butthead at all. This server trait is the least common of all time, kudos to you Stacey. I had a burger that came out instantaneously. I think they sold me a meal that was underway for a staff member in order to expediate the process because that burger was fresh off the grill and delicious. This is an advanced tatic and the fact that it happened tells me this is a top level joint, possibly from top to bottom. If I could leave a 6 star review I would. Great job Moab Diner, in a town full of competition, you seperate from the pack with this experience tonight.

Its a classic diner, so dont expect gourmet food, but everything we ordered was tasty, inexpensive, and came out very quickly. The place was pretty chaotic, with a lot of people milling around waiting for tables even on a weekday evening in March, but I think most people were able to get a seat within 15 or 20 minutes. Service is a little harried, but friendly and responsive. Make sure to get some ice cream -- they have a good flavor selection and will give you huge portions for just a few dollars, and if you prefer, you can order straight from the counter without waiting for a table.

Very unsatisfied came into eat. There was no sign or person telling you to pick a seat. Then we didnt even get are order taken for a least 20 minutes. Only 1 person at our table got asked what the wanted to drink. They had plenty of staff. The table across from us ordered after us and was served. While we still sat there with nothing. Having waited 40 minutes in this establishment to eat. We left. I will never recommend or stop at this diner again. And I will tell everyone I know what a crappy place it is.

Visited this diner with my family while on vacation. Great Place to eat. Opens early so you can "get er done" Food was excellent. Customer service is excellent. Was curious about buying one of the shirts that the waiters/waitresses had on but I didnt see if for sale with the rest of their shirts so one of the workers said he would go to his house and bring a few back for us. 15 minutes later he came back with the shirts. Now thats customer service. Very pleased with our visit.
