First I will start by saying we LOVE the food. The service at this store however is AWFUL! Always out of food and the cooks are slow - typically just chit chatting. 1/2 the time the drive thru is closed for no apparent reason. Employees never seem trained. This store needs better management.

Staff are friendly but the vegetables need to be cooked longer, they are virtually raw. It also seems too pricey for the quality. They fill the bowl almost completely full of rice and barely give you any of the actual entrée.

Its ironic their name has the word express in it. Consistently slow service. How does an Asian place run out of rice? We have contacted management multiple times expressing disappointment and it still has not improved.

Today they had a worker inside and my order of a small à la carte orange chicken took 30 minutes however I did get an upgrade to a medium à la carte box, the food was exceptional
