roll. We mostly order takeout. Food is still hot when we get home (10 min drive). Their curry is good, not the best ever and not a lunch special :( Never tried their sushi... we go to SA for that. Recommended dishes: Jalapeno and shrimp, String beans with chicken or beefin ginger sauce, Chicken with vegetables (we sub brown sauce), and lo mein. Disappointing dish: Lemon chicken. Its a whole chicken breast with a crumble breading, then cut into slices with lemon sauce on the side. Not the normal lemon chicken thats usually served in Chinese restaurants. We dont recommend that dish.

Terrible! For many years I have come to china town, and it was okay. Here lately the food is bland and either undercooked or overcooked. I ordered wonton soup today the wonton was so overcooked it was mushy, the broth tasted like they opened a can of beef broth and added nothing else to it. The mongolian beef I ordered, the meat was so tough I couldnt chew it, the onions were so undercooked, I dont even think they saw the wok. Crab Rangoon was good, but I think those are frozen. The other chinese food place is better, not wasting my time or money here again.

The food and service here are above average. They have a Chinese menu as well as a delicious selection if sushi to choose from. A personal anecdote from my wife and I: we got a California roll that the avacado was a little bit brown around the edge. When I pointed it out to them, not only did they take it off the bill but they gave me a free order of them the next time we came in.

Ate there 6 months ago and had a hair in my rice. Decided to go there on Jan 30, 2017 with my mom. Order a sushi roll and was given a plate with a hair on the ginger. Ordered pad thai got a togo box went for my left overs and pulled another black hair out of my noodles. Seriously sickening. That many hairs. One for each plate of food in had. I have pictures if anyone needs them.

Im currently sitting here by the fish tank and its been 30 minutes and no one has even come to offer drinks or anything. Im watching several tables being served while we just wait. I finally called notified them to let them know I was way ready and it took another 15 minutes for our drinks. I used to enjoy coming but the service has been terrible lately. :(

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Kerrville. I eat her regularly. Today I called in an order for pick up. House Lomein, egg drop soup and egg roll (which she said is included with the lomein) It took less than a minute from dialing to her taking the order and telling me it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Very efficient!

I am a regular here. Food is filling, flavorful and served Hot.. As said earlier not authentic Chinese but a good Americanized version. decent pricing and stable flavors, if you order the same dish on different days it tastes the same. Probably the best Chinese in Kerrville.

Sat there for over 5 minutes waiting to get my order taken, and watched a family sit down after me and get immediate service. I immediately left because it was just rude. Its a real shame because Ive been eating here for years now and have never been neglected before.

the food is mostly good, but sometimes the rice tastes old from time to time. as far as the service, they suck!!!!! the manager was even sloppy. they dont even have common courtesy and take forever with the food when i dine in.

the old sushi chief is gone. I have tried it two times with the day time chief and is not good at all. the rice is the main thing to me and has made me turn from the sushi here..sad I used to eat here a few times a week..

Great place! I eat here all the time. Be aware that the Chinese food here is very americanized, but as such it is very tasty and enjoyable. Not meant for the authentic Chinese food enthusiast. Also has sushi.
