Trust me, Im a Chinese, not a college student, I do lots of cooking at home, and I know when its good Chinese food. Lo mein is delicious! I have to admit, the generic fried rice that served with dishes is very generic. Next time I might order shrimp fried rice to see if it will taste better. I cant remember which prawn dish we ordered, the prawns are juicy and fresh, very good job! For those who do not read Chinese but love spicy dishes, wear your big boy pants and order T2 SiChuan style boiled spicy beef, its spicy and saucy, very authentic. Eat at your own risk -- it will make your forehead sweat and your nose run! For those who like a little bit of spice, order T5 spicy chicken. Chicken is well seasoned,lightly breaded and deep fat fried. Then stir fry with dried red chili, SiChuan peppercorn and other spices. It is SUPER DELICIOUS!!!! My husband said he wants to order 20 pounds of T5 to enjoy with beer on Saturday college football games (hes a Caucasian who loves spicy food, by the way).

if I could give no stars I would, let me tell you why. First of all, my boyfriend and I had read a review that said "dont eat this unless you are a starving college student", well we are starving and in college and we cant even handle the taste. The chicken we ordered tasted terrible! it was 70% chicken fat and the sauce had absolutely no flavor. The rice had no flavor whatsoever! The crab ragoon is pre made, so you would assume they cant screw that up... wrong! it was flavorless and terrible as well! Although I did like the sweet and sour sauce, too bad I cant fill up on sweet and sour sauce. Nothing tasted good, this was terrible do not let any other reviews tell you otherwise! save your money and go elsewhere! Screw this, Im going to McDonalds.

We got delivery from New China Express after a long drive. We were glad there was one Chinese Delivery place in Kearney and they got us our food in 30-45 min. The General Tsos Chicken was amazing! We also ordered the Kung Pao Chicken which was fried and very bland, get General Tsos instead. Finally, we ordered the Chicken Lo-mein, this was pretty bland, got better after a few drinks, will do as a side dish if you put the Tsos sauce on top, but would not order as a whole meal. Overall happy with the experience and food, but wished the Lo-mein and Kung Pao had more flavor.

Ordered from home, the lady was very sweet on the phone with me and I ordered the Broccili Chicken for my kiddo and I got the sweet and sour for myself. It came in about 50 minutes, I do live in an odd part of town to get too, and the food was wonderful. Not the best but totally not the worst. And for being the only Chinese delivery place in Kearney it totally earns the 5 star. Will order here again.

To the negative comments. Its not the best in town but Hyvee is the worst Chinese in town, and the fact that it is the only delivery chinese in town is a tribute to them not a down fall on them. As for it being 70% Chicken Fat...no way. Is their General chicken a tad oily yes, but again over all pretty good and deserves an extra star for being the only Delivery Chinese in town.

Had what could be described as the worst Sesame Chicken Ive ever had. No one in the family would eat it. The rest of the food was just decent. But the sesame chicken was so laughably bad that we wont be eating here again. Not even if theres a fire.
