I wish I could rate it zero stars instead of one! We stopped in yesterday (4/22/15) and thought it was odd that there was only one other couple there when we walked in. We stood at the host stand for a decent amount of time, waiting for someone to seat us. Finally a girl came up and sat us. By this time, the 3 of us were the only people in the place. One of us ordered steak (MW) with pancakes and eggs (basted). We also ordered some Nutella crepes, requested to be made after our meal for desert. While waiting, we could hear our server talking about marijuana and sex to the cook. Like I said, we were the only ones in the restaurant so the conversation could be heard throughout the place. We also had my 3 year old with us, was extremely happy for him to be listening to them...not. When we got our food, the steak was WELL done, with a rubbery texture and taste of sausage. Received TOAST instead of pancakes (she did eventually bring out some pancakes, which had obviously been cooked on the grill with something else, as they were covered with other food). The eggs looked like they had been boiled, not basted. When she came back to check on us we brought up the issue with the steak. She didnt offer us much except and "ok" here and there, and that all the eggs look like that. I piped up that we wouldnt be paying for that, that she can just charge for the pancakes and toast. She didnt say much once again, so I asked for a manager. Come to find out there was no manager there, just the server and the cook. I asked when the manager would be back, and she said there wouldnt be one...that they dont come in for night shifts (she did act like I should know this already). I then asked for a managers name, and couldnt be given one. Finally asked if there was a kitchen manager, she again, said no and I couldnt get a name. I have worked in the food industry for years and have NEVER been to or worked at a place where I couldnt at least be given a NAME of a manager. I told her I wanted my Nutella crepes order to just be cancelled as we just wanted to get out of there, and I also know not to order food from a kitchen once a complaint has been made. While waiting for the ticket, I looked up reviews. I saw that corporate had written a response to someone else, leaving their phone number. I had a member of my party call them as we sat there. She explained the situation, and they were great, we cant complain about them at all. We received our check finally and left, but wont ever be back. Just a heads up to other people in the area, check out somewhere else, you will be happier I promise.

This was the worst service we have ever had in a ihop! Got sat down in a descent amount of time, but we waited for 50 minutes before getting up and asking for our drinks. I realized The 2 tables before us the same problem, BUT, the table that was just sat down, was served drinks. When asked looked in the kitchen and there was plates of food stacked waiting to come out. SUGGESTION GO TO PERKINS! Sat us in 10 minutes, drinks in anothor 10. We are a party of 8.

Got out to walk in and the sidewalks were full of snow. After going in not one person greeted us. We saw a waitress with 5 or 6 tables not one had food. the one tables food came out while we were wanting but she looked at us and didnt say a word-no smile or anything. The cook in the back w longer hair and a beard just watched us through the kitchen. We left because no one ever said a word to us. Sad:(

Waitress rude. My boyfriend and I were seated at a tiny booth. My boyfriend isnt small. It was a slow morning. I mentioned to a waitress that my hash browns were over cooked. I got that there wasnt anything they could do about it. Then she d went over to another waitress telling her about a customer complaining about over cooked hash browns. Never going back.

Very poor quality. The pancakes were all different sizes but definitely small. After we told the waitress they were very small she tried to convince us they were pretty average and hesitantly asked if an additional two would help. (the other 2 were also small). Id recommend Steves Cafe over this particular IHOP. Its too much of a hit or miss.

Snow was on the walk when we pulled in. Had to change 3 maple syrup bottles to get one that worked. My god that I ordered was a little to done and crispy if you know what I mean. But the pancakes were worth it. Only saw one waitress. But it seemed that she was more talkative to more regular customers. But she did do her best to keep us happy.

Food was alright, besides missing stuff on the order and one dish being big and hearty, then the same dish (ham and cheese omelet) being little and tinny. Almost like they used 3 eggs for one and the 1 egg to make the other.. wait staff was very friendly about it but I think the may want to check to make sure the cook is just not winging it..

Took over an hour an a half to get food. Food wasnt prepared well. Asked for utensils for times and it took the wires two trips to bring enough back for the whole table. The manager came out too really to us, and gave a pathetic excuse as to why everyone in the restaurant was waiting. There wasnt one thing good about the experience.

Incredibly slow service. Food was decent, but the restaurant was a third to half full and we had to wait to be seated, waited for menus, and waited to order. For six breakfasts it took 26 minutes from the time the waitress walked away until our food was brought out. All together we were there for well over an hour.

Ive been here a couple times. When you are not in a rush food comes out quickly. When youre in a rush or ask for a to-go order, it takes an hour to get your food. My friends who were eating in the restaurant finished their before I got my to-go box. Go to Steves Cafe instead.

It was filthy, the restroom garbage was over flowing with used paper towels and the baby changing table was down and it had feces all over it. The cook was wearing a winter hat and no hair net, he had long dread locks . From time walked in was dirty. The food was bland also.

Disappointed in learning the stuffed french toast is being discontinued . I had the bacon temptation omelet it had very little bacon at all in it.....I used to consider going to .IHOP as a treat since we dont have it in Great Falls , but really disappointed this trip.

Good breakfast food. Giving a three star because the wifi needs a password and I could not log on as I didnt know the password. They need to do a open network design and simply redirect the user to a page where they can click the accept button. Good service.
