I started to write this review 2 times before and erased it. I love chipotle. Its great food at a great value. I eat here 2-3 times a week. My hope is that they will correct some issues Ive seen lately. I came in a couple weeks ago and two employees were standing near the line talking to a friend in street clothes. They were either oblivious to the fact that there was a line growing long and only one person behind the counter, or they didnt care. Since they looked up at the line a couple times, I would say the latter is true. They were also out of veggies and mild salsa and lettuce and about 1/2 the tables were dirty. A couple days later, they were out of grilled veggies and lettuce. Then today, the girl behind the counter was unfriendly. She didnt seem to care that I wanted grilled veggies and they were once again out of them. She offered no apology. She was simply unpleasant. When I first moved here I couldnt understand why so few people dined here. When I asked around, I was told it was because of poor management. I sure hope they fix this soon - I really do like chipotle and would hate to see them fail.

I love Chipotle. Like really really love it. But these guys have slacked on a lot of standards. Ive gotten double charged for guacamole the last 3 out of 4 times because I get a veggie bowl and get blank stares when I ask them because theyre all pretty obviously new and dont know. I dont recognize a lot of the faces so it seems like they have a high turnover rate which is atypical of Chipotle. Im used to going to Chipotle and meeting people who clearly love their job and their coworkers but these guys are young and seem kind of miserable. That seems heavily reflected on the food and the environment. My chorizo was so old it was like rocks. There are always bell pepper seeds in the fajitas. Theres no consistency of portion sizes so you get half a scoop of meat rice and beans and a giant heaping scoop of whatever salsa. And theyre consistently out of some ingredient or another. I still go because I love Chipotle, but they need to spend a bit more time on training and management. I really hope they figure it out.

This Chipotle is evidently located in a dimension of space-time where a simple burrito is impossible to wrap. I asked for a normal barabacoa burrito with guacamole, sour cream, and cheese in addition to normal rice and beans. The young lady then proceeded to "wrap" my burrito by smashing the two ends of the tortilla together, folding it like a flap of decomposed flesh, and then unabashedly cramming the entire contents into a piece of aluminum foil as all of the innards gushed out of it. I wouldve asked for it to be re-rolled but my intuition led me to believe this team was incapable of correcting the horror that I can now never un-see. This team is definitely new. Good luck and Godspeed. Two stars because the ingredients are high quality. Great tasting as always.

I moved from Cincinnati area and haves missed Chipotle a lot. We have made several road trips from EDMONTON to Atlanta where we would stop only at the chipotle restaurants for food. We discovered the Bozeman Chipotle in October of 2016 and our enthusiasm and expectations were well met. The staff was as polite and helpful as can be expected from a place that maintain high standards of customer service. My family and I enjoyed every bite. As this is technically the nearest Chipotle to us (only ~800 Miles) we go on Chipotle weekend drives. We will plan another drive on Family Day (February 18-20) with a whole purpose of enjoying the delicious burritos they offer. Keep up the good work guys, see u soon. BBM

I visited this location on a road trip, the staff here is so friendly & the place is way very clean. I also have a personal experience here, which I would like to share. In my road trip along with my friends, we forgot one of ours hand bag which had all the valuables in there. I called the store & the manager responded immediately & mailed the bag to my location with no cost. With out that back we wouldnt have proceeded further as we had to fly. I rate the hospitality of the manager and the whole staff a 100 stars.

Food is pretty average but not unlike any other Chipotle. The reason for my review is the short blonde employees attitude. She was extremely rude, didnt even speak to me but instead just glared at me until I told her which sauce I wanted. She obviously hates her job and doesnt want to be there. All the other employees have been great especially the skinny brown haired girl, she seemed genuinely happy. But short blonde was absolutely toxic, Ill stick with La Para for nice employees and seriously good burritos.

I knew from the start that all the workers were new so I didnt hold that against them when I went in. The food is really good, the atmosphere is friendly, and even after going in twice a week every week Im still very happy with the food and service. The food isnt anything to write home about but its filling, its well priced if you get enough toppings, and Ive had no problems with the staff there. Hopefully with time this Chipotle will get faster and improve. 5/5 eat there weekly.

What happened to this chipotle? Ive left positive reviews previously but tonight was a different story. Havent come in a few months and apparently its gone to hell in a hand basket. Super skimpy compared to before, salty, maybe new people? I dont know. Gonna try again tomorrow and see if its consistent with tonight, but by what Ive been reading its way worse than before. Used to love this place, came several times a week.

I love that they use non GMO ingredients and meats without antibiotics etc. They did a great job handling a longgg line and the food was pretty good. I took away a star because the seating makes no sense and they didnt utilize the space very well. I will be back, the crew was friendly, they kept things clean and overall it was a pleasant experience. One word of advice, offer NON LIME chips, please!!!

Phenomenal, delicious organic Mexican food served fast and with incredibly friendly service. Their salads are particularly great and feature an amazing vinaigrette dressing made from scratch on-premises. The only reason they dont earn 5 stars is because they are unable to serve Patron Margaritas (which admittedly is only offered at a few of their locations nationally).

I have always loved Chipotle and was excited to see one come to Bozeman. After several visits, I am quite disappointed. The chicken has been very tough and the toppings very skimpy. (The barbacoa has been good though.) What really makes me unlikely to frequent the store is that the manager refused to correct an error on the part of the staff. Very unfortunate...

Had never eaten at a Chipotle and was so excited to try...ugh...disappointment...the best has been under my nose the whole time...La Parilla! Those who think Chipotle is good and authentic have obviously never been to La Pa. They catered my wedding 16 years ago and were just as awesome then as now. Sorry Chipotle but you have nothing new to offer this gal :/

This place was amazing until new general manager Jose took over. Always bruised cilantro now, meat burnt to a crisp, and he makes horrible guac. If youre going to eat there, make sure he isnt working so one of the people that actually know how to make the food can serve you an amazing burrito. Other then that avoid avoid avoid!
