I am personally not a big fan of coffee. And I also realize that Starbucks is a popular coffee chain. This particular Starbucks is in a convienent location near my school. It made for a great meeting location (especially considering most coffee shops are not open as late as Starbucks) for a project. It was an okay experience, I gave my rating an extra star since I am biased regarding coffee. It was nice there, and quiet. There was also a large selection of drinks and food.

Rude employees. Didnt know their refill policy and tried to embarrass me for not wanting to pay for a drink I shouldnt have to pay for as a gold card member. I called customer service and was confirmed that they were in the wrong. The rep and I reviewed the most current policy over the phone and did see that cold brew, ice coffee, hot tea, and shaken teas are all refillable.

Nice almost local coffeeshop feel in a small strip shopping center with a good amount of outdoor seating. There is no drive thru and its near several schools, so waits can be long in the AM. Pre-order with the app to save time. Service has always been quick and friendly.

A Private User

This Starbucks lures some of the most interesting people from around Webster. More than the coffee, I love coming here to talk to new people and enjoy the cozy, quiet neighborhood.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. This location has some local art on the wall. A big community table. Friendly staff.

The only downside is this place is usually pretty crowded. Maybe due to the proximity to Webster University.

I like this one, the barristas are nice and will explain all the drinks
