Anymore, I am so disappointed by this Starbucks which is literally 3 blocks from my house. They must have a totally new crew in there and they are so unfriendly. There were at least 6 staff members behind the counter or next to me setting up stock and no one said hello or even looked at me. The main coffee guy kept his back turned from me for 3-4 min. even though I was only 3 ft. away from him. I ordered a breakfast sandwhich with my coffee and he did not give me the one with bacon (although that could be an overall Starbucks Six Sigma flaw.) I prefer driving to Crestwood or Frontenac.

Didnt too much Iike this Starbucks. Its rather small, but I wasnt satisfied with my usual Starbucks drink: a caramel macchiato. The barista helping us at the register was nice but a few of the baristas making the coffee werent as welcoming. While there, I noticed a cupcake shop nearby. Have since been back to get cupcakes but Ive intentionally avoided this Starbucks on those cupcakes runs.

Nice location. Clean. Just dont time going there when the local schools let out. Fills up with little kids and gets ridiculously loud and cramped. Any other time of day - its a decent location to go to. Close to Highway 44 and also to downtown Kirkwood. So, nice whether you are just passing through, or enjoying other things in the area.

While this is one a small Starbucks, the staff is friendly and they make it easy and convenient. Even when using the mobile app and popping in to grab my order, the baristas still smile, greet me and make me feel welcome.

Barristas are friendly but this location is always VERY dirty. Not used to this at Starbucks, where generally experience a clean atmosphere. Tables are never wiped, straw wrappers on floor, milk station very messy.

Just got basic coffee which was burnt. Worst tasting coffee. Tables and floor dirty. Music way too loud. 8:30 at night so not sure why the place isnt clean. Staff was friendly.

Always friendly service. And with it being so close to work, I tend to visit a lot. Is it considered bad if the evening employees know me and my order and where I work? lol
