The last time I visited here, my coffee cup had a hole in it. I told the employee about the problem. She snatched my cup, spilling it in the process, dropped the cup with the hole into another cup and slid it (through the spilled coffee) across the counter at me. Needless to say, my cup was soggy, and difficult to drink from being doubled like that. For a higher priced drink, the service should at least be moderate.
