I recvd cold food one night and live only a block.away. It was real late and I was too tired to go return the cold chicken ring sandwhich and cheese fries so I called. An awesome manager named Cori said,No problem! I.will replace your whole order! Which included a large vanilla shake I told her that was not necessary but she insisted just bring my receipt next time and tell whoever Cori sent me and my name will be in the back. A couple nights later I excitedly went to redeem my corrected treats and was treated like a crook and a liar by a night manager by the name of Chris, who by the way, reminded me of the wicked witch of the west! The poor employee working the grill reminded me of Cinderella by the beaten down look on her poor face. To Chris or Kris however you spell your witch given name, look up proper treatment of customers and/or employees. You are rude and should take courtesy and politeness classes for your job and your life. Sorry to whomever works for her. I feel your pain!

I was the only one in the drive thru, no one was here when I got here and nobody inside. I paid for my #1 combo meal with cheese and added a bacon burger, $8.64. I waited for about 15 mins and watch the car behind me that had pulled through the drive thru get the food and drive away. I got the meal finally and drove home. Soggy discussing burgers and fries to match, the drink tasted so off I just threw it away. I called but they made me bring everything back to the store to viod my transaction. Took about another 15 min to do so and the store was empty the whole time. Out of the 3 employees I saw the entire time not one person ever apologize to me for the whole ordeal. I have had good experiences in the day before but this dose not make up for the experience.

This location is consistently terrible with online orders. You order onlibe to be picked up at a time but then they dont actually make the order until you get there, wait in line, then find a manager and only at that point do they start making the order that was supposed to be ready to go. 5 times in a row I ordered the same burgers no pickles, fries and soda for dining room on the app. All 5 times they presented the food togo. 4 of the 5 times they botched the simple hamburgers no pickles request. Staff is friendly enough and the restaurant is fairly clean.

I guess they were short handed today because the tables werent wiped well and there were no napkins out. I had to ask for some. Other than that, the fried pickles are great. The chicken sandwich is just that chicken and bun, cheese extra, no sauce. It was ok but could be much more. I was sort of dissatisfied today.

Horrible...Dirty Floors...Bathroom not working...Order was short changed...didnt give us what we ordered..out of 3 sodas.....Bathroom filthy...Found hair in the Fries....Rude manager...Guy in parking lot texting on phone......I can go on and on....Beware of this location....

Messed up my order once again. This time they left one of the items out of my bag (doesnt seem too hard to count to 5?). I tried calling multiple times and they wouldnt answer the phone. Thanks for ripping me off! Not the first time I got shorted here!

Fantastic customer service! Tried to order a strawberry shake, and the gentleman behind the counter knew we from out of town. He had us try spicy mustard on the slider and then the "world famous" cheesecake on a stick. Great experience!

*Those were the best cheese fries I ever tasted... until I found the long, dark, hair. The replacements were not nearly as good. I THOUGHT people serving food were supposed to wear hair nets, but apparently its a thing of the past.

The food is decent. But the wait is never worth it. I would not recommend this location to anyone. You wait forever in the drive thru and the staff are never very friendly. Find another location to visit.

I only use the drive in here and wish they were faster. Most White Castles that I go to are so much quicker. But I do have to give them credit for good food. Good Food Slow.
