Time and time and time again Im absolutely let down this is the only one near me because literally EVERY time they mess up in some sort of way. Im on the verge of NEVER ordering from this place due to their in capability to do a single order correctly. I was missing EIGHT tacos the last time, management said he put my name down so I could come get them, never happened. Next time, forgot 4 of 9 items, once again put on a list that never happened. Tonight. FINALLY got our order right and ABSOLUTELY NO RANCH, SWEET AND SOUR OR TACO SAUCE. we sat at the drive through waiting on food WHILE WATCHING A WORKER TAKE PAPER TOWELS FROM THE DISPENSER TO WIPE DOWN HER DAMN SHOES BUT COULDNT FIND TIME TO GRAB UP COMDEMINENTS LMAO. Im seriously ashamed in this business every time I come. This literally will be the last time. Hope no one else wastes their time either.

Service is great at this location but Jack n the box is getting way to expensive for your average fast food place. Every time I order a burger from here I have to chew very carefully because often I bite into little pieces of what looks like bone. Normally I will drive an extra 5 miles to eat somewhere else.

When I finished ordering food for my family inside, the cashier looked disgusted and exclaimed, "is this all for you!" I may be a little overweight, but to be talked to in such a manner is embarrassing and disrespectful. Will never go here again.

Worst service I have ever received. Counter person fumbled with a couple of orders before me. Then couldnt get mine right either. I finally walked out. I think there may be a training issue related to listening skills and quality control.

Not my favorite food but it is the only fast food place in Imperial. They are usually a line through drive through, and this place is never fast. But employees are friendly and the food is hot. The place is clean as well.

Terrible...two times back and forth...and still did not get order correct ..shame for $15 ....disappointed....wouldnt even be necessary star...but gave me no other choice...get your stuff together...not rocket science

Its a classic Jack in the box restaurant. However today the tacos were literally the best Ive had from any location. So freaking delicious, crunchy, hot, crispy lettuce! Now if only they were always like that!

as far as jack in the boxes go Ive always had good service from them. except for maybe once it was a little slow. I dont think they hame gotten my order wrong ever and for fast food thats saying something.

Love this JnB. Night crew is always good to me, but that could be because I bribe them with fresh donuts. I always see the same guy there at night. He needs a raise asap.
