I went because of free burger promo. Awesome! Free food! Unfortunately it was downhill from there. After about 5-10 minute at window, they give me the food. I forget to check the items. I get home, and my fries and cheese sauce were not in the bag. I try calling 3 times but it rings and rings. I call the St Ann location, they offer a meal replacement for the issue, I agree. I continue eating the rest of the food, and discover a black hair on the other fries. I have blonde hair and a red beard, my wife has brown hair. So, while Im not usually a germaphobe, I discard the remaining fries. I try calling again, and again, rings about 6 times and no answer, no answering machine. Will not revisit this location.

I ordered a #21 combo, ... did not know how to ring it up...i was charged extra for the drink...will over the menu price...when I asked him why... He avoided to answer...gave cold cup for coffee "hot" cup... Then out of coffee... Many customers waiting for orders... Long wait for my food... Asked for a refund and was ignored... I walked out with out a refund or with my order. (I am at Taco Bell, now, they are nice people). Another thing I observed, employees stand outside main entrance smoking cigarettes were as customers must walk through their second hand smoke. (I think i misused the word whereas....but sounded good).

Went thru the drive-thru at about 12:30, only ordered #1 combo meal and was told to pull around and they would bring out my food. After seeing several cars pass me from the drive thru and after waiting 30 minutes, I went in and asked them to cancel my order, the counter person demanded a receipt (that they never gave me, even though they handed me my drink). When I said I they didnt give it to me, she said Id have to wait for another person to come back. After all this, I gave up and left. Ive NEVER had such a HORRIBLE experience with any fast food est. esp. Jack in the box. Ill never be a customer ever again.

Waited 2o minutes to get told to pull up and park after the woman in the window forgot to take my money.then the girl that brought our food dumped out dumped my bag of food in my lap. Now my interior of my car is stained with fry grease. And she proceded to say" oh sorry "and walked away. By the time i picked up all the curly fries off of my lap and from in between my car seats the rest of my food was cold. Never again. I am astounded that these 2 women are still employed.

I went on a Saturday afternoon and the place was not busy. I was the only customer at the counter. The lady that waited on me acted like she had to go out of her way to take my order. I ordered 2 tacos and bacon & cheddar potato wedges, when I got home, I had 2 tacos and fries with cheese & bacon. If they were out of the potato wedges, they should have informed me.

Horrible experience. I was told my a "manager" I could only place one order at a time because they were short staffed.. so she suggested I drive thru twice or place it on one card. She was incredibly rude and a poor excuse of management! Will never be going to this joke of a business again.

Simply put: Long waits, 0-star customer service, they clean their shake machine with distilled water against corporates cleaning procedures, and they cant even manage to get an order right - how difficult is it to count against what is showing on the receipt?

They are understaffed and it is reflected in their service. It is not uncommon for them to close the dinning room during the day due to lack of staffing. The store is not sufficiently cleaned either. I suggest cleaning your own table before using it.
