I have worked close to this Burger King for many years, and in the last two it has been quickly changing and not in a good way. This high volume location has begun pulling all the regular bad service stunts that one would normally associate with a McDonalds in a poor neighborhood. As frequently as not the clerk will hand you your "for here" order in a bag (if they even bothered to ask you if it was dine in or carry out in the first place). Withholding trays helps assure that the restaurant is often filthy, as food ends up being eaten off the sides of the bags. This brings me to the next points. They no longer have napkins available in the dining room. You have to wait in a long line or fight your way through all the people waiting for their food just to try to get a napkin to wipe off the table, that is filthy because half the people are eating off bags instead of trays. Perhaps they just consider dining rooms guests (you know, the ones that are loyal enough to actually want to come inside) to be second class citizens? One might think that way after having a clerk walk away in the middle of taking your order to take a drive thru order from the car that just pulled up. Trying to get breakfast here on your way to work in the morning is a chore. They arent very busy in the morning, yet it still seems to take forever to get anything off the breakfast menu. I have walked in there with a half hour to spare before work (and only a single person in line in front of me) and have had to leave without my food. Just today I waited in the line for 10 minutes before I gave up and left and they didnt even take a single order the whole time I was there (grand total of 3 customers in the place).

this is the worst place to go to. I come here on my break from work and every time I come it is the worst service I have ever seen. My order is never correct or they will lie to me and say they dont have bbq sauce when I asked the manager for sauce she told me the employee didnt want to look for any. This establishment needs new management.

Ok, I know that service and fast food places are not the greatest place to grab a bite, but when it is late and it is all you got, well you make due. But when I got done with this place I was up most of the night with the runs! Now the peopel working in the place were great. That is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars.

Cheeseburger was slightly pink. I asked to have onions added and got 1 small piece. Ketchup from the pump in the dining room was really thin like it had been watered down. Took 5 minutes to place order because they were counting cash drawer.

Horrible service. Seems like every time we try to go theyre closed or their system is down. I called this time around 3 and asked how long they were going to be down for and they said until 5. Bad for the business.

Staff is great here. But, the food - especially a Whooper - is not really a big sandwich with much meat. In fact, if you want a good burger - Hardees is really the best fast food place to get a burger.

They employees are very unsociable they are slow the service sucks. I took over 30 mins to get a freaking icee...really? Everyone in there is lazy and always looks intoxicated or stoned.
