First off, it was the dirtiest restaurant I have walked into. My shoes almost stuck to the sticky floor every step I took. Food was everywhere on the floor and on the kitchen. The B**** at the counter clearly hated white people.. giving me attitude and dirty looks from the second I walked up. I clearly said what drink I wanted and she purposly left it off. I had a feeling she would do something stupid like that so I checked the reciept and sure enough she did. So the manager say "somone give him an OJ..orange juice." So the same B**** that took my order huffed her way to get one, sat it on the counter.. didnt even stop, didnt even make eye contact, didnt appologize just kept on walking her misserable self off somewhere else. WORST ever.. do not go here! Oh, and did I mention DIRTY.

I went through drive thru and after waiting to get to the window for about 15 minutes. I was then asked to pull.up so they could bring my food out, which wouldve been fine had they got my order right. I asked for a classic buttery jack combo and received some chicken sandwich and of course I hadnt noticed it until I got back to work. On top of that the chicken was hard and tasted as if it had been sitting under the warmer for 30 minutes. I was very disgusted and frustrated. I then tried calling their location by phone and it kept ringing until you hear a buzzing sound like a fax machine. Very poorly ran establishment.

I gave this location a chance, seeing two bad reviews and one suspiciously positive one. I think that it should be noted that this is a shared location with a gas station. That might speak to why service here is so poor. There were exactly TWO tables eating when I arrived. Two people waiting for their orders. I placed my order at 7:09. Did not get my order (just a regular combo, no special order) until 7:19. The food was ok - typical for Jack in the Box. But unless you really NEED a Jack in the Box fix, go elsewhere!

I would occasionally go here for my 11:30 PM "lunch" break, and these cheapskates are supposed to be open until 12 AM midnight, but if you show up anytime after 11 PM, they only serve certain things on their menu because these lazy butts want to get a head start on cleaning up and leaving the building instead of serving the full menu at the hours posted. All I wanted was a chocolate milkshake for Chris sake. I wasnt asking for 3 cheeseburgers and 2 apple turnovers.

This is the worst jack in the box that I have ever been to. And you would expect that they would be a lot better because they are in earth city. Wrong. From the time I walked up to the counter to the time I got my food was about 20 minutes. Drive-through customers take priority with them they will make drive-thrus orders and make the people inside wait much much longer. You not do not ever go here on your lunch break you will be pissed off at how slow they are.

Sandwich was made incorrectly, I specifically asked for a plain homestyle chicken sandwich, with mayo, and they gave me something with bacon cheese mayo and chicken on it. when i called and explained that i am back at work and have no time to leave and get a replacement, the "manager" told me that i would have to have all the food from the order and my receipt. Dont waste your money here because theyre just going to make your food wrong.

Title says it all. For an area that is nothing but businesses this is not the place to eat. By the time you get your food your break will almost be over. When you get your food it will probably be cold. As you sit there the few other tables will be walking up to the counter complaining about their food. If only there were more restaurants in this town I wouldnt eat here ever.

Slowest fast food ever...ten minutes for two cars. Agree with Matthew, if there was anywhere else near besides McDonalds, which I hate, would never go here. It is actually faster to wait at two lights to cross Earth City Expressway and get food at McDonalds than get it here.

They usually get my order wrong but it was late and I decided to give it a try only thin"open" @ night late here....guess they decided to close early 1030 and No ones here!!! Waited at the speaker 5 minutes pulled around saw a person standing at the counter .... no service

This place for some reason it can not keep employees. It keeps irregular hours which is crazy. This is just a suggestion, maybe closing the location and transferring people to different locations. I think its just crazy that its day light and no one is working there.

Nothing terrible service only to find out you were out of sausage at ten in the morning wtf? You serve breakfast all day how does that happen? The only reason I couldnt get out faster was the grease on the floor. DISGUSTING restaurant I will never return

Fast friendly service just the dinning area needed to be cleaned . I picked the least dirty table cleaned it before I sat down then was courteous enough to clean it after I was done so at least I knew someone after me had a clean table to sit at.

At lunch time this is the best Jack in the box in the world. Food ready before you finish paying. The rest of the time it is the usual jib nightmare where everything takes forever and the shake machine is mysteriously broken all the time.

it literally took almost half an hour for the 3 cars in front of me and me to get our food and the spicy chicken sandwich only had the meat, an soggy piece of lettuce and a slab of mayonaise on it...uncalled for

stopped in the gas station to use the restroom. store was filthy and the restroom was disgusting . Im glad I went to McDonalds just up the street. its a lot cleaner. Not great.....but cleaner.

Extremely slow service. Had to wait 30 minutes in line, and an extra 20 for my food. While waiting I saw multiple people complain about their orders messed up.

They get the order wrong every time, and everything is always cooked terribly or sitting out too long. Probably one of the worst Jack in the Boxes around.
