I love this place. Theres always high quality brews on tap and a weekly rotating beer menu to choose from. They give you 2 free samples so you can branch out your beer palate without spending your cash on something youre not in love with. You can get additional samples for a small fee which is of course to discourage freeloaders. The food is also fantastic. Ive never had any food there that wasnt delicious! A few of my favorites would be the Cuban sandwich, the French dip, and the Reuben. You can also get some delicious homemade waffle cut chips in place of fries. Ive brought my boyfriend here twice. Hes not a beer fan but due to the large variety he actually found beers he enjoyed which surprised him as he usually refers to beer as being "gross." The downside is that service can sometimes be slow, but it can also be incredibly fast. It seems like its a toss up depending upon whos working, but the waitresses also seem like they usually have a lot of people to handle. I feel that they can be slow about finding you a seat but they always make the food fast. I usually seat myself at the bar to avoid a seating delay. This place is define a sports bar. The plus side if youre a sports fan is that if youre seated at the booths lining the walls, they have personal TVs in them so you can select the game. Im not a sports fan myself but even I think this is cool. Definitely one of my favorite local restaurants.

The Brewhouse has GREAT food, HUGE portions, 65 (yes, I said SIXTY-FIVE!!) beers on tap, AND boasts a diverse selection of 28 flavors of Vodka to use in whatever shot, bomb, martini, or mixed drink you can concoct. Dont know what you want? Ask your server for a recommendation! They are all very knowledgable. Ask for a sample (sorry, vodka excluded) of it, or request to sample something specific... Good place to watch sports & they are family friendly! The banquet room is sectioned off for private parties & an adult themed (you can win FREE Beer, pizza, etc. while playing Skee Ball) game room fills the room on the other side of the massive wall of TVs. This IS a SMOKE-FREE facility per St. Charles County Ordinances.

If i could give this zero stars, I would. •the waiter was nice at first, before he completely started to ignore us •after ordering appetizers that never arrived and sending the freezing cold food back because it was virtually inedible, we proceeded to sit there for another 25 minutes just to wait for the check •after extreme aggravation, we asked for the manager. When Craig came out, we tried to tell him what happened with our terrible dining experience. Craig was simply not interested and could not have cared any less about the situation. He told us that he didnt need to know what happened and then walked away. My family and I have decided that we will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

We stopped to grab a bite to eat yesterday evening. We wanted a place different than what we could normally get from our area. We live 100 miles north of St. Charles. The atmosphere was one that we enjoyed. The assortment of beers was quite large. We did have a question about what beer was pastuerized and what wasnt that was unable to be answered. We did NOT hold that against the establishment as most people we ask are unable to answer the same question. The food was good and reasonably priced and was brought to us in a timely manner. Brianna was very good to us as a waitress and recommend her to any that may decide to visit this establishment. Would definately eat there again.

I dont know what other people are talking about, I have been here about ten times over the last year and have always had good service. I just had lunch there about an hour ago. Wings and a drink were like $10.50, very reasonable and delicious. The draft selection is awesome. If st.charles would get their heads out of their asses and approve Uber, I would be here every Sunday in the fall drinking and watching football all day. Until then my money will have to stay on the east side of the river because I wont drink that much and drive.

Id give this place all of the stars if they had lower priced rum drinks. Rum drinks are like over $8 each. Sometimes the tvs are too loud, but the last few visits the sound has not been bad. They have sweet potato fries that come with "love sause." I am a big sweet potato fan, and I recommend the the sweet potato fries. Their salads are huge. Dont plan on getting a salad and a meal unless you can really eat a lot. If you are a beer person, which you might be if you are going to this tap house, my family likes the Triple Wit beer.

I have heard sauce great things about this restaurant, unfortunately thats not the experience we had. When we decide to order we were told that they were out of several items to go with out entrees. So then we find out after we order and we get our food that they didnt have fries and the waitress took it among her self and substituted for tatie tots ! We did order our fries to be loaded with cheese and chili , which was cold mad not cooked all they way ! It was one thing after other and the service was horrible !

The food was great! The waitress did not introduce herself. Our waitress complained about her evening, told us how she was waiting on some other co-workers tables, and then the manager pulled her into serving parties. Our waitress forgot a sample of beer and told my husband that the bartender said the keg was dry. He went and asked the bartender abiut the drink and the bartender asked if he wanted some. Our waitress also messed up 5 of the 6 checks. We were not happy with the service.

Cant tell you about the beer or food.we sat at the table for 22 minutes and never got waited on..I stopped one waiter he said it wasnt his table but he offered to take our drink order, well thank you. The waitress never came nor did ever stop by again. Its one thing if the place is busy but there was six tables occupied in the whole place. To add insult to injury the hostess says have a nice day when we walked out. Wont be going back and certainly cant recommend it.

Food is great, and the atmosphere is good, but the service sucks. My wife and I have been twice, both times at the bar area, and the servers were not atentive at all. We had to flag her down every time we wanted another beer or extra dressing. They will fail if they keep that up. I go because I love the bufalo ravioli, but might get it to go next time-if there is a next time...

Been here multiple times in the past year. They have an excellent beer and alcohol selection. The food however is god awful. Stale chips, potato skins with hardly any cheese, and hot wings that arent even hot. If youre looking to have w good dinner I highly advise not to go here but if it is drinks you want then go ahead. This place should be just a bar with no restaurant.
