I went with my bf yesterday. I am from Ecuador and he lives in St Louis. We knew we on time. They close at 11pm. And after 20 minutes we got our meals the Manager approach to as and in a very very bossy way tell us that the cleaning was about to start and we have to leave and if we want she can give us boxes. It was around 11 but we havent even eaten half or our food. We ask if we can eat and she literally answered: NO. You have to leave. Noone can be here when the cleaning starts... I tried to keep eating super fast and that she doesnt ruin my dinner but It was impossible when the waitress approach and bring us the boxes for our food without being asked for them!!!!! That was the second time we got kicked off the place. Then the waitress approach for a 3rd attempt to take us out the place and I told her that It is the worst Restaurant in the world and that I would let everyone knows it through this reviews on T. Advisor Yelp etc. And I asked to talk to the manager and I told her the same. I told her that It is the worst customer service and the same as I told the waitress and she didnt even got sorry or feel bad. She didnt care at all that she ruined my dinner. Then after a couples of hours of enjoying the Casino I arrived home and got very very sick and threw out all that food. I dont know if It was because of all the bad experience we had or if the food was bad for my stomach. I highly recommend to get better. Cause maybe this Restaurant always do the same and think It is okay to take people off it so they can go home. And customers dont claim so they do it everyday! But It is completely wrong and the worst experience at a dinner ever.

I had the worst experience ever. We had a large party and expected to wait for our food but we waited over an hour only to get half of the food cold. Our waitress never came to check on us. We had to flag her down to get refills. The manager came over and instead of trying to provide apologies she had a nasty attitude like we did something wrong. Horrible all around. The shining star was most of the food, once recooked, tasted pretty good. 8 for food and 1 for service.

Walked in around 10:20 on a Sunday night to get something to eat...to go to the room...suppose to serve till 11.. but the bartender said no...bar was filthy...empty glasses everyehere

Im here right now. Theyre fully staffed, yet service is terrible. They are also out of items. Kansas Citys is way better
