This place really is not worth the time or money. I have been to so many better sports bars. This was the first time I had been there - I tried the wings. They were TERRIBLE, dried out, and tasted like they had been sitting around forever. Service is also bad. Maybe if you are some creepy guy hitting on the waitress you might get good service b/c they want a tip, but I went with a group of couples and we didnt have the best service. The whole place smells like mold. The chairs and tables are dirty and disgusting. And Ive been in nicer gas station bathrooms than the ones found in this place. I really expected better... they certainly make enough money I would think they could afford some upgrades.

This place sucks! They call themselves a sports bar but when we went to watch the hockey game, we asked for them to turn the sound on like a REAL sports bar would...and the manager or whoever he was, said that there were some customers who wanted to hear the jukebox instead...last I checked, the game over rides the jukebox at a sportsbar...the jukebox is played in between periods. on top of that, the waitress was dumb as a box of rocks...she took our order and over half hour later we still didnt get our food..turns out she forgot to turn our order in! her one task as a waitress and she miserably failed. needless to say, we left and will never return!

I come here all the time and Ive never been disappointed! They have the nicest girls working here! Kendall and Tori are especially nice and even if theyre busy they never miss a thing! The bartenders Allie and Haley are also fabulous as well! The owner is also nice and always checks on us to see how were doing. Make sure to get an mvp card to save some money! Their pizza is delicious and the atmosphere is great! Couldnt say enough good things about this place!

Horrible service. At around 6 on a Thursday night, my girlfriend and I sat at table close to the bar for about 5 minutes before a waitress even came over to us. We got our drinks and then she never came back. After sitting there for 10 minutes, we decided to pay for our drinks at the bar and then spend our money elsewhere. Obviously our business and money were not wanted or needed there. We may give another hotshots location another chance. Maybe.

Horrible service. I stood at the bar (I was the only customer trying to be served) for like 20 minutes because no waitress was coming to the pool area for the entire time we were there (around another 20 minutes). While I was at the bar, I noticed that there were six waitresses in the darts area at a table eating with the manager. If this is normal operation there, you would have a better chance of getting served a drink at an AA meeting.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the wings. I really enjoyed my experiences here and the one in Wentzville which are the only two that I enjoy depends on where I am (which is closer). I love both locations! You are welcome. I will be back this Sunday. My friends and I are meeting at your St. Charles location (where I reside) to watch the football games and great food, get your beer taps ready ;-)

I have known the family that owns this St. Louis based awesome chain of restaurants for years. If you want to hang out with friends and know you will have ample viewing of your favorite team this is the place to go... at any location in St Louis and I have been to most of them!

Despite it being extra smokey and an somewhat rougher looking crowd. the food is amazing! You wont find as many unique combinations on a burger or a pizza. the school girl wings are a must. The waitresses have been courteous and the drinks are reasonably priced

I used to come here quite often when my cousin lived out of state and would visit and the place was great. The service was average, food was great but the games they have available are what makes the outing. Very fun place for Pool and darts or to catch a game.

I have been here a few times in my travels and have found it to be my "go to" when in the area and in need of a drink. Pricing is reasonable and the service is more than adequate. 4 stars due to the music being so loud that I need to shout to get my order in.

I love the food. Service is alright. I never experienced a problem. The owner could renovate the inside a little maybe decorate it some. The place is small but not overly crowded. Overall is cool to try. The food is great and cheap drinks

Despite what bad reviews any one might put.. come check it out, Ive been coming here for a year, I was new, fresh from Louisiana.. the people are great and friendly. Good spot to get to know some of the locals. Thumbs up. Good people.

Always have a good time going to hotshots. Decent prices and I dont have to deal with smokers inside! Waitresses are wonderful but the bartenders are my favorite. Always willing to recommend and will continue coming back.

Go for the cheap beer and above average bar food. Stay for the wonderful girls who always pretend to be happy. Tons of T.V.s and pool tables and darts and golden tee. Fried Pickles!!!!

Food is good for bar food. Drinks are cold, the servers, bartenders and management are great more times than not. If there is an issue they will nip it in the butt for ya. Great Place!

Friendly helpful bartender who told us about specials. Although They dont use shot specials as often as other HotShots locations. Smoking is not allowed inside.
