The worst service EVER. It was Christmas Day 2015. We knew it would be busy and we were a party of 10 so we knew there would be a wait. We waited an hour to be seated. No problem. We received our beverages and gave our orders in a timely fashion, maybe fifteen minutes. No problem. Fast-forward to NINETY MINUTES LATER. No food. Waitress kept our drinks filled so no problem with her. We had no explanation, though. People around us came and went so there was some system working. My nephew, fed up, went to the hostess and told her we had been waiting an hour and a half. A few minutes later, the manager came to our table. He made it a point of saying he had just come in, that everyone was serving, including managers, and it wouldnt be long. He used an analogy of an airline runway, that our food was on the runway and ready to be taken out. After he left, my nephew wryly mentioned that instead of giving us airplane analogies, he could have just brought out our food. A HALF HOUR more later, our food came out. It was cold. I had ordered onion straws but had gotten fries in the onion straw container. I wasnt going to send them back but decided to anyway. I got my onion straws...burned but edible. We were thinking that surely wed get some kind of discount or at least a coupon for a future visit. No. We never saw the manager again. The waitress apologized but it wasnt her fault and we left her a decent tip. We still dont know what it was about our order that was a problem. Everyone ordered burgers and no one ordered steak or anything time-consuming. Since everyone around us was coming and going and our food was brought out cold, we can only assume one of the orders was forgotten or messed up and they kept all of the plates on hold while the other one was redone. That doesnt explain, however, why it took TWO HOURS to get our food. TWO HOURS. So to sum up, I gave them our name at 12:30. We were served at 3:50. Just absolutely horrible.

My wife and I had a $44 dinner tonight and the food was edible. My ribeye was about 60% fat and her chicken and shrimp wasnt bad but nothing better than if we would have had fast food. I made it to the parking lot before I got sick, thinking it was just me we left and shortly after making it home my wife was sick as well. She decided to call and let them know. The manager didnt offer an apology or anything for that matter, she simply said nothing can make somebody sick that fast! Thanks doctor. Considering the wife and I were both fine all day and thats the only thing we both ate that was the same Im pretty sure thats the source of the problem. We were not asking for anything I would not go back regardless, but an apology would have been nice instead of a hateful remark. We just simply wanted to let them be aware of the problem maybe preventing others from suffering the same fate.

The $9 spinach dip chips had quite a few chewy and not crispy chips, so unettible. The $25 rib eye steak I bought looked and tasted more like chopped steak instead of a good cut of steak. The ribs were ok, but the cheddar Mac and cheese had little taste and a whole lot of crumbles on the top, like they were going to help the flavor. The waiter did do a good job. My total bill was a little over $40, for two people who split the meal, so half of the beat up steak, 3 ribs, half the mashed pot., half the broccoli, half the chewy chips, and half of the tasteless Mac came to $20 each. That is ridiculous. We wont be eating there again.

Food was great and Our bartender/waitress was a sweetheart but the fat closing manager was a douche, wasnt respectful at all. Talked to his employees like crap, stared at us and rather than talking to us or politely saying "hey, we have to get everyone out by 11" he approached our table at 10:57 and said its time to go, then stood there impatiently while we finished up.. I dont accept that attitude when Im paying what I do for good service.. he is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars.

They didnt have any sauce but BBQ for their wings. , though the menu says differently. Took 45 mins to get our food. Apparently another 15mins for a side of frys we ordered with the meal before hand.. Our steak came in before our sides.. Waitress didnt know the menu. Would take my drink after I asked for a refill and wouldnt come back.. I had to ask for another soda. Overly expensive for a trash restaurant. No wonder there was only one other family there and we didnt feel welcomed.

Great service, good food. There are better similar places to eat close. But this one is dark, if you have a tendency to be hypersensitive to light, especially unnatural light, like some of my friends are, this is a great option that has very little unnatural light, but keep in mind its very little light at all, and therefore stepping outside can be shocking. Otherwise nothing stands out about this restaurant. But the food is good and the service is good. And you will leave well fed.

We sat right in front of the computer the waitresses use to type in orders. While we were sitting there, the waitress called a couple others over and they talked about us, unbeknownst to them that I could hear every single word. Just because my husband asked a few questions about the 4-7-4 menu did not warrant him being called stupid. (Nor was it right for them to laugh at me being with him.) Will NOT be coming back. If zero stars was an option, thats what youd receive.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, even as I entered the old building. My first disappointment was the iced tea that had a hint of disinfectant (second glass was good). Next was the decrepit mens room. The walls had cracks & holes. In the available stall, the toilet paper holder was not broken - - it was GONE! A big hole was in its place. Back at the table, the ribs I ordered were dry & lean. The waitress was mostly helpful, but the restaurant goes on my "no" list.

Ive been going here for years but stopped after a couple bad experiences. Tried again a few months ago and the prices had been increased as if its a 5star restaurant but the food was no different. Went back today with the fam. And the appetizer was warm at best, all of our food was clearly pre-cooked and reheated, including the Terribly Burnt burger. The womens bathroom was also disgrace, no hand dryer, no towels, tp in one stahl only.

I can handle a restaurant lacking in one of the things I look for (service, quality of food, cleanliness, and price) in an experience but our lunch here recently only had cleanliness working for it. Flat soda (never refilled by unfriendly server), and some menu items unavailable. What DID arrive wasnt very good and it all ended up being close to $50. I rarely wish Id chosen drive-up but theres a first for everything!
