We were on our way to Portland and took a random exit to Springfield as my tummy gave me a final warning to fill it up. We parked our car at Elmers got some pancakes to go but I was craving something more, so headed to this location that was nearby. A very typical panda but luckily for me they had some fresh chow mein and teriyaki chicken that just came from the kitchen we got two of the combo plates with fried rice and chow mein along with kung pao chicken, mushroom chicken, orange chicken and teriyaki. The chow mein was good, Kung pao chicken was not upto the mark, mushroom chicken completely missed the mark but the orange n teriyaki were good. Overall its a small tug of war to push the sever for more chicken as they tend to give u more veggies comparatively so be vocal and get your moneys worth.

I saved enough at Wal-Mart that I had some money leftover for a treat like Panda Express. I will never return to this location. I decided to get the fried rice and walnut shrimp. Caleb only gives me enough to cover half of the rice, while everyone else gets food to cover their side. I understand this is a "premium item", but come on. I confront him about it before paying, and he condescendingly counts the number of the shrimp in the bowl, and proceeds to tell me "Hey, shrimp is expensive." There are any number of other responses that he could have given that wouldnt have made me mad enough to actually write a review.

I would actually give a 0. I just had to put one to get it on here. THE WORSE MANAGEMENT I have ever seen! Very rude and disrespectful. Very greedy seriously put food on the plate and grabbed it back and scooped food off of the plate and back into the pain. Wanted a couple samples and she just seem annoyed. I think management needs to be changed asap...this location wont make it very far like that. I glanced back in the back where they cut the vegetables and someone had their cutting board on the trash can!!! DONT EAT HERE!!

Never has food premade. Business model is out of touch with customers. Staff, specifically the cook likes to argue with you if you question a wait time. Took customer in front of us 20 min to get his cashew chicken. Took us 13 min to receive out orange chicken. Both wait times were given as only 2 minutes each. Either stock your food or go to an order system. This happens all the time here! This occasion has caused me to never come back!

Total junk! $12 for an entre meal with literally 3 pieces of thin sliced chicken that was all rice. No dipping sauce with 2 orders of crab Rangoon which were all shell & no cream cheese. Wth? First & last time for this chain food junk stop. If all I wanted was rice I couldve gotten much cheaper somewhere else. Shouldve trusted my gut & went somewhere else! Wouldve at least gotten some chicken that way. Never again!!! Beware

Went here because I usually love Panda Express. I ordered a three entre, two orders of Orange Chicken and one Shanghai Angus Steak. When I opened my to go order the steak was black. It looked like it has been sitting out for hours over cooked. I dont know how management could let them sell that disgusting food. I hope no one else ordered that. Looked like you could get food poisoning from it. GROSS!!

This is my first experience with this location. The vegetables were perfect, vivid color and crisp but cooked. The orange chicken is composed of both dark and white meat, with just enough heat to get my attention (I have a tender mouth :-) ) without overpowering my tongue. It was during the normal lunch hour and while busy it still had enough seating a sizable without feeling rushed through my meal.

I love the orange chicken and fried rice here. Reheats very well. Great for fast food and I always have enough for left-overs. The establishment is clean, but the employees seem to be a bit over-worked. The woman taking our order was also doing other things at the same time. The bathroom was very clean. Our go to place for quick, Chinese food. The decor is nice, too.

Food not the freshest and not much in the warming trays. Tends to look dried out. Veggies are over cooked mushy not bright and if you want something most times you have to either take the smaller than normal leftovers or wait. I dont have a problem waiting for fresh but at least remove the gross leftover from steam trays.... some of the behind counter staff are rude

Your welcome Springfield Panda Express lovers. I put this missing place on Google Maps for everyone to find. May I suggest Orange Chicken with Fried Rice while your there :D ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars because its not cheap for a low budget meal. Food is great though. They also have a Drive thru as well.

Their door and the drive thru window says the drive thru opens at 10am and the lobby at 10:30am we pulled up at 10:15am and they wouldnt serve us #disappointed #shittyservice
