Who loves their turkey dry with NO gravy?! If you do this is the place for you! Ill never go to Boston Market again after the horrible experience Ive had with them. The convenient location made for a great place to use drive thru on my way home, or so I thought. Not only do I firmly believe that gravy should come with the turkey dinner meal automatically. I requested extra and got none THREE visits in a row. The first time I called to complain the "manager" was so passive and insecure I had to lead the conversation. They had no idea how to handle the situation and didnt even apologize! My 12 year old have handled it better!!! I was asked to bring in my receipt for a "replacement" meal, when I had to go somewhere else to replace the meal Id just purchased. After boycotting for 6 months I went back again and had the same experience. My time is valuable too Boston Market! Aint nobody got time to be driving back to your location just to get gravy, and why would I continue to go back, even for a replacement meal, when you cant seem to get it together??!

Went inside to order and it was clean bit had a foul smell to it and then the food was horrible. The corn muffins were dry around the the edges and soft on the inside and all you tasted was the corn meal. Then the ones for 1.99 was the same way. The lady who took my order never did once smile and didnt know if there was anything left that I ordered. Plus she cheated me put of a 1.00 dollar while giving me my change back and told her that and she told me I was lying . None of the food tasted like boston market food at all.i been to others and this one really sucks and customer service was really bad to. Never will I go to another boston market here in Minnesota they dont taste right. The only other one I been to is the one located in vandias heights and their food and customer service was almost a five star because it tasted like homemade food and customer service was friendly and always smiling .

Absolute garbage. The guy that took our order looked high as a kite. He couldnt answer any questions I had without saying "what" after each one. Couldnt explain the new crispy chicken meal deal. I went with the crispy chicken sandwhich for my son, to eat in. He started packing everything up to go, I had to clarify twice we were eating in. My boyfriend and I were both going to get the half chicken meal, but they didnt have any chicken ready and said it would take another 27 minutes. We were thinking about just getting the turkey, until somehow they ended up giving my sons food away in a to go order thinking it was a chicken wrap to go, because surprise, he wrapped it to go. We walked out. What a damn circus.

They offer a variety of rotisserie chicken, turkey, meat loaf, and other options of comfort foods. There arent many Boston Markets left - only two left in the state I believe. This is one of them, and its been here a while. For $7-8 you can get what will resemble a homemade turkey dinner - slices of fresh rotisserie turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and a small loaf of cornbread. The quality isnt as good as I remember, but the service was helpful and friendly. My turkey and mashed potatoes tasted fresh and good, but the stuffing tasted as if it had been sitting on the warmer too long. It was cold and dry.

What a horrible, horrible experience. Havent been to a Boston Market in years and was looking forward to the experience. Person after person in front of me was told "It will be a 10 minute wait for this" or "a 25 minute wait for that." So its my turn and they have no turkey. I turn around and leave. It was 6:30pm, but they were obviously not prepared for dinner. How can that be? How can you not be prepared for one of your busiest times? Management. Its about the management. Obviously lacking in this place.

Mixed feelings. The food is delicious. But its never fresh. Everything tastes good but i cant always order everything i want because there is always something that looks too old and dryed out! Also the side portions r small for the price. They give u corn bread to fill u up but they need bigger side portions. I do like that they have drive through so i can get my kids something quick, that includes veggies and is way more healthy than other fast food places.

Do not go to this restaurant. The food was much lower quality with looks and taste than other boston markets Ive been too. I should have taken a hint by the empty parking lot but I gave it a shot because I usually like boston market. They served our food on plates that were still dirty and greasy from the last customers and I got food poisoning that night. Boston market is usually great but stay away from this location!

4 stars because its uncommon to find Boston market restaurants, so its always a treat to come here. Im satisfied with the service, both in the restaurant and at the drive thru. The prices are a tad outrageous, but as I said before, its a very uncommon place to dine. Sometimes the staff isnt as courteous as they can be, and I wish the meatloaf came with its own gravy(preference), but its all in all a great place to eat.

I will never eat I Boston Market after they offering government workers free chicken during the shutdown. (and they are all being paid) How about offering specials to citizens hurt from excessive government control. How bout a break for people that are now losing their health insurance? Other that that, I love this restaurant, food, and employees. For ethical reasons I am no longer able to visit and enjoy it though.

Slow service. Employee kept gabbing with the person at the register even though there were another 6 people in line. Not 1 clean table to sit at. Sitting area was very disorganized and NOT clean. Oh, and the refreshment area had water and soda all over it. Lastly, no butter???

Awesome holiday meals! Turkey dinner for 12 with all the trimmings for $109.99 + tax - even includes 2 pies. Tip - if you call the store to order (instead of ordering online) you can customize your meal. Open till 7:00pm on Thanksgiving Day!

Havent been to a Boston market since I was a kid, where I live they all closed. This one was good. Good food, good service and very helpful. Glad I went because of the other reviews I almost didnt go.

This location is very hit or miss...this is the second time the full potatoes arent fully cooked...no napkins, salt or pepper in the bag and my green beans are cold... Considering not going back

I would only eat here instead of getting a deli chicken that sits out for a couple hours before you buy it. Sad. . The food here use to be pretty good. . This was a long time ago tho.

Both plates are the same exact order: a regular plate of meatloaf. As you can see, we obviously got ripped off for that top plate with hardly any meatloaf.
