I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and grilled nuggets in the morning after working out with my girlfriend. They had a grill break and were not prepared to be making lunch items at 10:30. I had to wait for what felt like 15 minutes and the manager (I think his name was Joey) came out with not only the items I ordered, but a sincere apology and a coupon for a free sandwich on my visit back. I did not deserve a free sandwich for my wait, but I received one anyways. I just hope they get that grill fixed because the staff here is always above and beyond when it comes to their attitudes. Thank you for treating me like a person and showing value for my time. Other people and other businesses dont do that.

Service was fast and we got exactly what we ordered. The staff is always friendly and professional. The inside dining area was clean and so were the restrooms. The only reason I rated it a 4 out of 5 was because my chicken salad sandwhich was not very good the three separate times I visited. I love Chick-fil-a and I always order the same thing. For whatever reason this locations chicken salad is just not on par with the various other locations Ive dined at. Wont stop me from coming back and trying it again but just not as satisfying as I would expect.

Great Chicken! Chick-fil-A continues to be one of my favorite fast-food places to eat and this location lives up to the standard. The food is cooked perfectly and the selection is good. Staff has always been kind, patient, and professional. Price wise it is in the upper bracket for fast-food: typically $7-8 per meal. Highlights are the selection of dipping sauces and cookies. I recommend eating the fries warm; they arent great if you wait till home to eat them.

This location offers great food, but take the extra time to check your order if you are going through the drive thru. It seems we are missing something (a food item, utensils, napkins, etc.) about one out of every four visits. That is probably because the store is always hopping! Props to the staff though - they keep the drive thru line moving like a well-oiled machine so my kids can get their chicken-fix even on the busiest day.

Dont want to make extra crispy fries like they always do in Harlingen, Texas They dont really want to give me lemon slices Drive thru very slow here in Springfield Seems like when I ask for something it bothers them. The chick fil a in Harlingen, Texas has so much going more for them than Springfield, Missouri. Springfield rating for chick fil a in my opinion is not high.

As with any Chick-fil-A that I have been to, the staff here is top notch. We went on a Saturday during lunchtime and the place was PACKED, as was the drive through. Despite this, the restaurant operated very efficiently, and we had our food very quickly after we ordered. Every response from the staff ended in "Its my pleasure!" So its MY pleasure to give them 5 stars!

Clean and very good. We try to stop here any time we go to Springfield (unfortunately theres no Chick-Fil-A near where I live). Almost every time I went they were extremely busy, but even then the wait was short. They must staff very well and/or have a very streamlined order process. Ive been to McDonalds that didnt run as efficiently, so thats pretty exceptional.

Chick-fil-a is the best fast food business in the industry. The food is great, but the customer service is fantastic. I feel like a person, and not a number. Though it is fast food, when you go in, it is like eating at a dine in restaurant. They serve your food, they return every so often to refill your drinks, and they always have a smile on their faces.

Pros: clean restaurant Cons: food (chicken was overcooked, chips were moist, bread was hard) people (workers were rude because I took a little to decide what I wanted) Others: not bike friendly. No parking and not able to bring them inside. Would not recommend this place for fast food. Even McDonalds is better on all fronts.

Dont let the long lines scare you away! They have a finely tuned process that gets you taken care of quickly. Everyone is so friendly and professional that its kind of amazing. So much more than you would expect out of "fast food." Chick-fil-A has it figured out!! Also, they have the best chicken sandwich/sauce ever!

Well, Im a fan of Chick-fil-A. Never been to a bad one. This one was no exception. We were passing through on our way to Branson. Perfect place for a kid friendly pit stop. Kind, helpful service regardless of the fact we were there during lunchtime. Food was great, hot and fresh. Just yummy!

Wouldve been zero but the cringe-fest was funny. The service is sub par, and the person who took my order wouldnt try to connect with the customer. Looks like he was dead inside. Didnt tell me "it was my pleasure". John Y. needs to be re-trained for the customers experience, not just a job.

I have been here 3.7 minutes waiting for a call in order and I have been asked 4 timesby 4 different people if they can help me. Wow great customer service. My pleasure have a great day. Wow if I could get my own employees trained 1/10 as well I will consider myself a success. Good job.

I go here a lot for breakfast. Their Egg White Grill is pretty heathy and delicious. Dont be fooled by the long drive through. Theyre fairly efficient and it moves rather quickly. However, the lunch rush can sometimes be unbearable. Its almost always packed around noon.

This Chick-fil-a is amazing. We went during a very busy time and had a wonderful visit. The food was brought to us quickly. It was fresh and delicious. The play place is clean and well maintained. Great place to take the kids and enjoy a good chicken sandwich.

Ive often enjoyed Chick-Fil-A restaurants. This one is no exception. The food is good, on par with your average Chick-Fil-A, but I still really enjoy eating here or meeting up here with my friends. Its a good place for a good sandwich if you like the chain.

Overall good. But disappointed that there was an 70 cent up charge for coffee with a kids meal and then it tasted terrible bc someone started to make it and poured it before it was close to being done, so couldnt even drink it. :( Food tasted good though.

This is the best Chick-fil-A location I have ever been to. Although the lines are always long they do a great job at making it move swiftly. The staff is the most friendly! (My only gripe, they use too much ice in their drinks for my taste.)

Just ate here. Long lines. Inside and outside. Despite this lines moved quickly. Food is exceptionally good. Miss the coleslaw, please bring it back. Service was great and servers were wonderful. Wish Lebanon had a Chick-fil-A! Maybe?

All I have to say is Im always open to go here. Good service and good food. I have an addiction for half and half tea so them being closed on Sundays make me sad. But I can respect the reason why. I will come back on Monday. Lol
