I was EXTREMELY let down today. I came in at 2pm... store is not busy AT ALL at this point. I was asked what I wanted, the girl behind the counter seemed to have a bad attitude about it. I told her I needed a chicken burrito bowl to go, no rice or beans. She started my order, then asked what toppings I wanted. I asked for salsa, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. I assume she would be able to complete such an easy order, so while she is doing so I get my payment ready. The girl at the check out slings my tray into a bag and has me checked out before I knew it. Which usually fast service is appreciated. Not in this case. I get back to my office which is a 2 min drive, as I work downtown. I open up my tray and it was slung into the back so carelessly that when I open the tray its a mess. But the really irritating part, is that the cheese asked for was completely missing. The lettuce I asked for was a few sprigs. I dont think I should have to baby sit and make sure someone is doing their job correctly. I would add one more star if I had at least gotten friendly service. But Im being generous with two.

I frequent this Chipotle probably several times a month, and I am always thoroughly pleased! I usually order online because I have a short lunch break, and my food is always ready right on time. Last time I ordered online they recognized me when I came in, and considering how often I visit, that is impressive. But even when I order in person, there is rarely a long line, and even when there is, it moves along efficiently. The staff at this Chipotle are delightful people who seem genuinely happy to see you and talk to you for all of the few minutes it takes to complete your order. Not only is the food preparation efficient, but I have seen these guys handle stressful situations with ease and class. One day I was in line and their credit card machine went down and without even missing a beat, they transitioned to running cards manually and I might not have even noticed if I was not observing. This Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat in Springfield, hands down, and the only reason I can think of for someone not to go here is that they are allergic to deliciousness.

On our way home from a very long day when my boyfriend suggested we stop at Qdoba. Im not a huge fan, so I suggest we try Chipotle instead, because its my favorite, and he had never been. We stopped at your location at about 9:45, and I was so excited to see several people enjoying dinner, but also someone else in line, since it was so close to close. The woman at the counter was horrendous! My boyfriend has chrones disease, so he asked if the chicken was spicy. The woman was patronizingly rude with her answer. As we approached the register, I continued to listen to he talk down to him. It was his FIRST time eating there! she made it clear that we were inconveniencing her, and the few seconds of time he took to make a decision or ask a question was unwelcome. When we got to the register, he asked if Chipotle offered a military discount, and her reaction was disgusting. I said, just dont worry about it, I was ready to leave. Im hoping I can talk him in to trying a different location, but I can assure you, we will not return to the one on St. Louis ever again!

My wife and I have been going to Chipotles on St. Louis street 3-4 times a week for well over two years now. First and foremost because the quality of the food is outstanding; but also because it seems that everyone who works there is eager to please, well groomed and always working to present a bright clean environment. It is a obviously clear that all the employees respect the General Manager, Rob because everyone there is always personable and works hard to maintain consistently quality food in a clean well managed environment. Was extremely surprised here. My friend ordered a burrito and there was some miscommunication on the serving line and he said he didnt want sour cream and the lady misheard him. He comes outside to sit and eat with us and jokes about the mistake and decides to eat it anuway because he does not mind it he just prefers it without. Anyway an employee overheard the complaint and even though my friend wasnt really to upset about it, the staff member brought him a bogo card as an apology. It was really awesome.

Every time I go here I am really amazed at the top notch customer service put out by the staff. I have never been to a restaurant where the employees are this friendly and helpful. As a business owner these things really stand out to me and I always notice these things when I deal with any business. Oh yeah.... The food is really good as well. Kudos to the manager who has trained these people to do an excellent job!

Usually really good. Today SUCKED. Not much as far as portions. Chicken barely warm. Shell was like leather and asked for it pressed and they did it for about 3 seconds which did nothing. Asked for a water cup 3 times before I finally got a cup. Update: total was phenomenal. Usually have a great experience here but sometimes its a little off. Overall good.

Chipotle will definitely become a pastime. The quality of the food is astounding. There meat is always cooked to perfection, tortillas always fresh and warm, the salsa fresh and flavor full, the veggies fresh and clean and the whole place is always clean aside from the occasional loose pinto bean. I recommend chipotle to every one.

The chicken was fatty, yuck! The music was so loud you couldnt hear the workers ask about your toppings, so we didnt know the guacamole was $1.95 extra. What a rip off! Qdoba offers so much more toppings and theyre at no extra charge, so we will only eat at Qdoba for now on.

This is a well ran Chipotle. The only downside is that parking can fill up real quick over lunch so try to get there either before noon or after 1pm.

Barely edges out Qdoba as the most bland and tasteless "Mexican" food I have ever tasted. Taco Bell has more flavor. Minimal and boring menu.
