PATHETIC. Ordered TWO large pizzas at 1729. Around 1843 I called again to see the status of my order, a FEMALE told me theyre just place into the oven. Not even 10 minutes later a male call me and stated this "Im sorry but the order youve place require Ham, weve ran out of ham and would like to know what ingredient you want to place it with" I said pepperoni. Hung up. Around 1943 I called back and asked about my order, I get "were very busy and were backed up, Itll be another hour". I just hung up. I call back at 2030, Ask about my order, "Im sorry but i cant seem to find your order, Let me get the manager". 2 minutes later. I got hung up.. If this is what i get for service with pizza hut ON POST... They shouldnt be on post at ALL!!!

My husband and I stopped in and ate inside, just to change some things up a bit. The restaurant was disgusting.,It looked like it had not been cleaned all day.Our table was sticky, there were fruit-flies in the salad bar, and the items on the salad bar looked like they had been there all day. When we went to the manager and told her about the flies on the salad bar, she said, "Yeah, we know, theyre bad this year." Keeping the items cold would have been an easy solution. Although she did give us a free salad, neither of us wanted anything to do with it. At least we know to order pizza from the Pizza Hut in DeRidder next time.

Due to the training rotations that come through they are always busy. The get hassled and bombarded with many different military units from across the US. They were very nice and polite with serving me. I recommend the cashier Heather shes the best. There are a usually large number of people on the wifi so it is slow but Im rating the people and the food not circumstances that causes a problem. Any restaurant would have terrible service if they had to serve 500+ people withing the first few hours of it being open with only having a handful of personnel.

I dont know why I keep ordering from this pizza hut! When I order they either get to my house a half hour earlier then the estimated time with the wrong order and no sauces for the wings or bread sticks and half the pizza is cold. Or they arrive 50 mins to an hour late with cold pizza and half of my order! Very dissapointed since weve always used pizza hut where ever we were stationed and this is the worst! Then when I call the office I either get hung up on or get lied to.

Terrible experience. Said it would be 50 minutes, already looking at well over 2 hours. Orders placed well after mine are being completed. When asked what was up, girl at the register said she had no idea what the cooks back there were doing. Disorganized, overall very disappointing. Would have failed as a business long ago, if not for their location and the fact that most soldiers have no other choice.

If it wasnt for the fact that every military base is monopolized by certain businesses, PIZZA HUT wouldnt be in Fort Polk, its a joke to call them "Pizza Business" nasty food and service, this is not just for consumers but for the post command, we deserve to have another option beside this junk pizza hut.....what about Dominos?

I enjoyed my experience with ft Polk pizza hut they were very pleasant and helpful. I ordered 4 pizza for guys in my shop during lunch time and picked them up 25 minutes later, everything was correct and ready. I wish more people would post the good experiences they had as well as the bad

Good pizza, nice wings (kinda small tho) and a long wait due to rotations coming through and people dont eat for free at the Dfac. Giving it a 4 stars because I know even if this place is rated 0.1 it will still be full of customers and privates with no financial managements.

When you do JTRC at ft polk, you will know what i mean about this place. When you are tasked to do prepost yard and mile gears for vehicles, make sure you utilize this opportunity to get some pizzas or wings or things that you missed at shopette over here

Food was actually really good. Service was quick. Only problem is some of the people working there are rude. While I was ordering the girl working the register (julie) was extremely rude. She was taking my order as if I was wasting her time.

I ordered pizza and had it delivered said in 45 mins I should get it took 3hrs after calling several times I asked to talk to manager and waited 20mins till I got tired of waiting. And the pizza was dryed out and cold, tasted different.

I have really enjoyed this Pizza Hut. I personally have had only one mistake happen and I called and the manager fixed it immediately. They always deliver in a timely manner and plus its really conveinent.
