just ate here on a Monday (when kids eat free) and dropped 40 bucks (with no children). this location has gone down hill since it opened. the tables have this finish on them where when they are wiped clean they really arent clean. we take our antibacterial wipes and always pull black dirt off of them. as paying customers its disappointing to see people from various businesses next to planet sub come in and get free drinks at the drop of a hat. this has happened at least one time everytime we have ate in at the establishment. its not fair to be loyal customers since a place has opened to not get any rewards except a coupon for a free birthday 6inch sub once a year. this younger generation has some serious learning to do in what it takes to be in customer service. having manners and being personable is just a start. a word to the owner, please re evaluate your establishment and hold more meetings or something. if you want to give free drinks away to random people and not your loyal paying customers then I guess thats how you want to run a business. done with this planet sub for awhile. sad to have to switch sandwich places. Hey rebel girl what are you doing getting on here to bash me?!!!....just a question so you can come at me for having an opinion and giving a legitimate review about all of MY visits but then its not valid or okay????? Im in my 20s and i have worked in food service for ten years and have a degree in culinary so sorry if you cant appreciate what it takes to run a restaurant. every time Ive been in Ive seen you young kids come in and get a large SODA which costs money. And by the way I have contacted the independent owner of this location because they are not all owned or ran the same by "corporate" when you grow up and pay for things then come talk to me but when u sit there and work a $8 an hour job dont think you are entitled to a free drink that Ive ended up paying for in my visit. I guess Im an exception to the "age" rule and my "generation" of twenty somethings and we are not all the same. You have a wonderful day now!

To Abra Hay above that had commented, I would be one of those people that drop by to get a free water at the drop of a hat. The reason being is because we are loyal paying customers also. Ever think of that? We work next to them 5-7 days and eat lunch over there quite often so there is a reason. If you want better customer interaction with PS then contact them, not google. As for younger generation... That has nothing to do with how that place is ran. I see corporate in this location at least once a week im sure if there was a problem it would be handled. Just because things arent done the way they were back in your "generation" doesnt mean things are done wrong. Have a good day :)

I havent eaten in hours. I saw a Planet Sub, got excited, pulled off the highway. Walked in - no ones working. A line forms behind me. I poke into the kitchen, helloooo? A full minute later a stoned child walks out: oh I was expecting someone else! ...place my order, soda machine broken, 12 minutes later no sandwich. A planet subber and buddy walk in. All three pop into the kitchen giggling. Soon, planet-sub-buddy has has a freshly made sandwich. Wheres mine? Later, mine appears. I snatched it with a look that could kill and offer a good luck to those still waiting. As open my car door, I see a present on the ground beneath my feet. #happynewyear #planetsub #neveragain #kleanpee

This is my first experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, but there were some serious issues. The drink station was sticky and super gross. Most tables were not clean. My daughter needed to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper and the toilet was not clean. In her words unusable. There were no paper towels in the bathroom as well. I got the meatless masterpiece it was..well not a masterpiece. Lol! My daughter got a turkey provolone wrap with no onions. After the second try it had no onions and she said it was delightful, satisfying. I would come back for another try if they would just take the time to clean the place.

the cashier barely spoke loud enough to hear. the sandwiches were hot. no where on the menu did it say sandwiches were heated. my daughter asked for ranch on her sandwich. it was a dollar upcharge and they didnt put it on the sandwich. I had guacamole and it was brown. the drinks and chips were good but since I can go to the grocery store and get those for cheaper we wont be back.

Update: every single time I have to pace around to see the menu. The glare from the overhead lights are so annoying. Additionally, the service has declined. Ordered two subs to go, and they accidentally got our order wrong. We found out when we got home, called, and they did all they could to make it right. New sandwiches and coupons for a buy one get one free. Subs were good!

Dont eat here. Just went in a few days ago. Out of napkins, straws, half the drink flavors, water, and Dr.Pepper. Sandwich poorly made, forgot the guac they charged 3 bucks for, when they brought it after I asked again, it looked like sewage sludge. Bathroom toilet filthy, overpriced. Im underwhelmed. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this place should not be serving food.

My son loves PS. But this place is awful. All the tables are always dirty. The person who took our order didnt speak except to tell me the price and then disappeared. This place needs someone to get these people to actually put forth a little more work instead of just disappearing to the back. They are standing back there talking and the place is so dirty.

Tried to call this location with no answer, came in 5 minutes later and three people were working and only one group of two people were there eating. Called while I was actually in the store and the phone rang. Friendly staff but very slow for being the only order.

Weve called a couple times to place an order and noone picked up the phone. They were out of diet coke products and didnt say anything to us. In fact when we go in we barely get a hello. Theyre really lucky their food is good because the service is awful.

Normaly during the day service is great. Food is correct n tasty. Tryed after 7 not enjoyable at all food served incorrectly and skimpy. Meatball grinder was more like a giant cheese stick thats over toasted. Sorry just first really bad experience here .

The guy taking my order didnt speak to once besides telling me the price. The entire store was dirty the drink station was awful there wasnt any lids, straws or napkins. It was not busy but took almost 20 minutes for our food.

Dirty, bathroom was disgusting, dining room wasnt much better. Fans above us had a half off inch of dust on them. Cant imagine what the kitchen looks like. A little simple house cleaning would do wonders
