They gave me food that contained gluten even though I specifically asked for gluten free from two employees. I understand the risks with having a gluten allergy and eating at restaurants with possible cross contaminations but it is not the cross contamination that makes me so sick. I dont react to that. It is when gluten is used as a food ingredient. I put my trust in the hands of these employees by what they said even after they looked and double checked in the food allergens book....I thought I was safe ordering the Baked Potato Soup. An hour later, Im super sick with stomach pain I could hardly bare. So I googled Panera Gluten Free items and Baked Potato Soup is on the list as "safe". So I dug a little deeper finding the ingredients and there was the warning at the bottom, Contains wheat. How can they get away with suggesting and selling something as Gluten Free but not being at all aware of what that actually means? Allergens are a serious matter and should not be taken lightly, especially if asked specifically for something safe. Like I said before, I understand the risks of cross contamination and those who are that severely allergic should be extra safe and not take the risk at all. I read other stories after doing my research, that this company does not care for those that are allergic, said by multiple people and I now myself, see the dirty truth of this company. I am furious and highly disappointed.

Who does not look like picture. Who was very poorly put together. It seems like its too many kids working there who dont care about the quality of food. This is coming from a person who has a food safety handling license. I had my food safety handling life in for more than six years. So I know what Im talking about. There were several food violations that I had exert while I was there. If Panera Bread shows themselves as being high quality in food and removing artificial ingredients and things like that. Then they should also work on food safety control with their employees.

I have worked here and the food is certainly delicious but I swear dont work at this location. Not until management has been improved. If you need money to pay your bills they hire almost anyone but the workers are rarely treated well and next to no one is sent to the proper training session that is suppose to be required by the company.

Great food and wifi..... but they never get my order right. I always order a French Baguette for a side and ALWAYS get chips. Lord in your heavenly mercies, here our prayer. Please help employees of panera bread place french baguettes in my to go bag. AMEN. Lets get this right.

Its more than a restaurant, this is an Oasis for travelers and families alike. The WiFi is blazing fast if youre here for work. I spent 6 hours here at a table getting work done, and nobody gave me a dirty look or asked me to leave. Very kind and courteous staff.

I ordered a BLT.. And soup .. lettuce was so natural it still had dirt on it ..I was so surprised.. And horrified.. I called to let them know so know one else would have to experience the same.. I dont think the gave a Care..!!!

We LOVE the food from here, my kids ask for is all the time, but several times that weve went through the drive through....we drive 20 minutes to get home and open our meals to find out they are wrong. its frustrating.
