If they grilled my jalapenos as politely asked, I would give 4 stars. But never never never do they. I even go out of my way to say PLEASE GRILL the jalapenos... And ask for extra. They give me like 2 jalapeno slices, sometimes 3, and theyre never grilled. If like maybe 8 or 9 slices.. its aggravating when this happens every week. Then a month ago the guy was sarcastic when I asked for extra jalapenos and he said they give like 22 slices. So I wouldnt need more. I said over never had that many. They only out 2 to 3 and I ask for extra. Anyway, I figure if you want to not get orders right you might as well call it McDonalds. But the food is fast cooked. The fries used to be long and very good. Now theyre just short pieces. Every single time I go there they been short in the past 4 months . So I have to only give a 1 star.

Great burgers, but must be too busy, I order online and it is never ever started or waiting. I ordered a shake since they are advertising the hell out of them, got my food after waiting 5 minutes, not bad. Waited an additional 20 minutes for my shake, guy had to be reminded multiple times to make it and seemed annoyed he had to. If you cant handle simply making a damn shame then dont offer it. Note my wifes and my food if flipping cold and I barely got an apology. Doubtful I will go back. My advice, dont order a shake, juice isnt with the squeeze.

Great atmosphere, Great Burgers, the problem is that the last burger I got here took 23 minutes to be served. A friend of mine clicked theirs at 20 minutes. Im not sure why it takes this long as other locations do not take nearly this long to serve their food. It was not during a rush either, I was one of 3 people eating in the restaurant. One employee was very nice and asked the employees making the food why it was taking so long to which he got a sarcastic response from one and was ignored by the other.

Best hamburgers on the planet! And you get a huge amount of food for a good price. The fries are real potatoes and cooked perfectly. You will need a lot of napkins because the burgers are fresh and juicy and the fries are hot. Love this place-better even than Red Robin or Culvers for a burger and McDonalds and the other fast food burger places are like dog food compared to 5 guys. If you love burgers made fresh, to-order, with exactly the toppings you love then this is your place.

Food: Great. Burger was bursting out of the buns it was so stuffed with toppings, and it tasted even better reheated (in the oven). Fries were good and plentiful, but I think the fries here are overhyped. The shake was amazing!! Price: Decent. It might seem high for a fast food restaurant, but this is an exceptional fast food joint. Service: Good. This is the only restaurant Ive been to where they take the time to explain their menu to you. Theyre very nice, and the place is clean.

I love 5 Guys. The fries make me feel a litte icky at all locations, but thats becayse they use a different oil to fry it in than other places. It doesnt effect anyone else. Their hotdogs are kosher and they have a distinct tar taste, in my opinion. (No offense) Their burgers are very very good, however. I get the small burger with grilled onions, grilled peppers (which i request), and mayo. It tastes like a philly cheese steak burger. I love it!!

The rudest cashier I have ever encountered at a business. He spoke to me as if I had been professionally trained in how to order a hamburger and that I was not saying it right and because I could not or did not know the proper way to order that I was a total idiot. That is the first time that I have ever turned around and walked out the door because I was completely offended before I did anything that could legally get me in trouble.

Called in to place an order for pickup on the way home....lazy employee or the phone down and didnt take my order! 15 minutes later I walked in and asked who took my phone call....the lazy employee hung the phone up and didnt say a thing other than, "so what did you want?" The lame female manager and the rest of the employees kept whispering and looking over at me!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Its a chain burger joint. Here the staff are always helpful and polite. The seating area and restrooms are kept clean, not all counter service restaurants do that. Love the piles of fresh-cut fries. Take the bottle of malt vinegar to your table. They also have ketchup, if thats your thing. This location now has shakes. They are a bit on the small side, but the are very tasty!

Decently clean, fries tend to be too soggy. Takes a while so I recommend ordering ahead online. They really seemed to be struggling last time I was here, from getting someones order wrong, to getting stuff made in a timely manner, to providing smiles and good manners rather than dazed looks. Probably wont go here again, its downhill the last few times Ive been.

Expensive for what you get but very tasty. The cajun fries cant be beat. Like that you can get stuff like grilled onion on your burger for no extra cost. bacon cheeseburger with grilled onion, mayo and ketchup....oh ya, just how I like it!

Standard 5 guys. Order was correct and hot. Staff friendly. Store clean. But for as slow as the restaurant was I did have to wait quite awhile. So not fast. But still must recommend if you have a few extra min.

Wear a jacket. Their restaurants are always freezing cold. Not sure why. But not a comfortable place to sit and eat until they warm it up a bit for the guests.
