Our server ruined this entire meal for us, but the follow up from the manager sealed my opinion and inspired me to write this review. It took a very, very long time for us to even receive water at 2pm on a Sunday. We should have left, but when you are already twenty minutes in with two hungry children ... well you think it would take longer to start over somewhere else. The server obviously thought she had better things to do and treated us as if we were a major interruption to her conversation that she was having with another server directly behind our table. We bravely smiled and hoped that the fresh offerings would make up for it. They have a verbal childrens menu. (????) When I asked for prices, our server said she wouldnt know until she rang the ticket up. My sons three finger sized pieces of tofu and two grape tomatoes were $12.95!!!!!!! I wish I were exaggerating. My food was below average, obviously not fresh (wilted spring mix, really???) and far too pricey for what it was. The manager was off. We paid the ransom, left, and even though I called, I was asked to email the manager. I did. I didnt hear from her, so I called again. She was in a meeting and even though I left my number, she did not call back. This place is terrible.

I loved this place in Denver so was thrilled that we found one here. We drive an hour and a half to get to it occasionally, it is that good. Service is always top notch and very professional. Food is a mix of good and to die for. The meats in particular are so superbly cooked you will think Gordon Ramsay cooked them. Veggies are sometimes a bit bland but other times awesome. Its not quite as consistent as the Denver location but you cant beat the uber trendy, gourmet menu and the great choices of healthy but delicious food. Mini desserts are awesome. Again, not quite as good as the Denver location but its my understanding that KC just got a new manager. Its also STUNNING inside, just gorgeous and fancy without being stuffy. Lots of plants, very romantic. And their menu changes as well each season, which is great. Will never get bored!

We went here on a double date last night and had an absolutely lovely evening! I actually ordered a starter as my entree because I was in the mood for something light - the salumi flatbread was absolutely delicious! The flatbread itself was very thin and crispy, almost like a cracker, which I quite enjoyed. The mozzarella and pesto had great flavor. The tomatoes were perfectly roasted and juicy. And the thin slices of salumi added that punch of salt. For dessert they offer minis - little desserts served tall shot glasses. My husband and I shared two. The first had a layer of chocolate cake which was covered my an even thicker layer of chocolate ganache and roped off with a toasted marshmallow. The second had two layers of chocolate cake, each topped with a layer of peanut butter mousse and peanuts. Both were the perfect fix for my sweet tooth!

Not the best dining experience. Service was pretty good but the food could use improvement!! I ordered the Heirloom Tomato and Haas Avocado Salad as my started, when it was delivered there wasnt any avocado. I alerted my server who promptly took it back to get the avocado added. When it was returned almost 20 minutes later, there were only a few pieces of hard, unripe avocado and part of the rind mixed into my salad. My husband got the Shrimp and Grits as his entrée , it consisted of mostly tomatoes with 3 shrimps and a few pieces of Andouille Sausage versus the Chorizo stated in the menu. The grits also had a strange texture, not quite mushy but definitely over cooked. Menu looked appealing and appetizing but the dishes presented could use some work.

We ate at Seasons 52 on a Thursday night and had made reservations prior. We arrived about 20 minutes early so we sat at the bar while we waited for our table. They were extremely busy but we didnt have to wait long for a bartender and they stayed on top of our drinks. Our table did take about 20 minutes past our reservation to be ready but that Is not anything they can control as there were multiple large gatherings. The staff was all very kind and helpful. Our waitress, Rachel, was amazing and I dont think we had to wait long for anything. She was very prompt and on top of things. The food was excellent and their wine selection vast. We will be dining at Seasons 52 again!

Nice restaurant with varied seasonal offerings, so its a treat to visit AT LEAST quarterly. Staff were clean, professional, and on-point. Wonderful reception for a birthday party. Beautiful facility. I split a chicken dinner with my wife, and they split it in the kitchen for us... not just some half-here, half-there splitting, but they prepared 2 plates as if they were individual dishes. Very nice. There was nothing I didnt like, and I tried 6 other peoples food. Everything we had was well-balanced. I like that they source seasonal foods locally.

I was in Kansas City on business and decided to stop in for drinks and food at the bar. It is in a great location and I really like the ambiance however the service was mediocre and my flat bread was served lukewarm. The bartender was polite but I had to ask for water and it was about 15 minutes after my wine glass was empty before she came by to ask if I wanted a second. A plus, they offer an impressive wine selection and a variety of food plates. I would try it out again but if that didnt work out I wouldnt return.

The food here was marginal, especially for the price. My wife ordered the KC Strip, I ordered a rack of lamb and both dishes lacked any impressive flavors. Her Strip was cooked correctly but my lamb was undercooked. The best thing we had was the roasted tomato soup. Overall our experience was just okay, ambiance reflected the price but the quality of food did not. I would suggest trying elsewhere if you want more upscale dining.

Truly a beautiful elegant restaurant and bar lounge. Came for coffee and dessert and was not disappointed. Decadent desserts with true visual appeal. Absolutely delicious and availability take home options. I cant wait to come back for dinner. Our waitress was very patient and very professional and was well-versed in the menu items. I personally found the pricing to be affordable. It reminded me of old Hollywood glamour.

Just alright... I really like that everything is fresh and they dont use butter or fryers at all! All meals are under 475 calories which is nice for someone trying to watch their waistline. My husband and I decided to share 3 things. The Chicken Skewers (they were okay), the Gyro Flatbread (EXCELLENT!), and the Stuffed Artichoke (Disgusting!). Service was good/friendly.

The filet mignon was perfect, but the crushed roasted potatoes were the single most boring thing Ive ever encountered in a restaurant. I was surprised at the total lack of bread with the meal. The waitress kept whizzing by, refilling my cup with cold coffee before I could protest. Not a single sugar-free dessert option. Style over substance. Not worth the money.
