I really love qdoba, but currently this location is a work in progress. Be sure to take each review with the correct context. This is a newly opened qdoba (November 2015) and as such the lines are extremely long and the service is not up to normal standards yet. The food is great and service is improving so please give it a chance before jumping to conclusions. I cannot say enough about the store manager as he will truly take care of you. My family had issues with the food not being ready on a preorder meal and then one of the meals was wrong. We did not have the time to have the food remade since it was already 15 minutes late. Instead of writing a nasty review we contacted the manager and let him know our experience. He apologized profusely and offered to give us three free entrees (despite only 1 actually being wrong). Then when we went to pick up the entree coupons and gave him more of the story he upped that to 6 free entrees. Yes the staff is currently learning what it means to work at a "fast casual" burrito chain, but the manager will fully stand behind what they put out if you take the time to speak to him.

Rather middling performance for take out. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not triple checking the order, assuming that ordering online would leave less room for error since its printed out. Nope. Im not fanboy for Chipotle, but when theres one 2 minutes away from Qdoba, you need to step up your game. The first time I ate here, it was decent. But todays experience was very unfortunate. Any one thing wouldnt be an issue. But this was a symphony of mistakes. The kids meal was missing a drink, and the quesadilla was like chicken jerky. The veggie burrito had raw fajita vegetables, and most of the peppers were the end pieces the size of a half dollar coin -- hard to eat. They were supposed to be sauteed. The chips were devoid of all flavor and salt. The brown rice was starchy, goopy, slop.. But that shredded beef: wow. Horrifying. Literally liquified meat mush. The consistency of apple sauce. BUT ITS MEAT. One good note: the diablo salsa is absolutely stunning.

The resturant is nice, but Ive been to this location in Liberty 3 times now. The first time I got in line, and for 30 minutes it didnt move, and we left without eating. #2 we waited and got our food, it was dirty, the line was horrendous, the food was way overcooked, they left it in the warmers too long and it the employees were incredibly slow. #3 was yesterday Jan 1. It was 2pm so I figured, maybe no line and the food would be fresher? Nope, nearly the exact same experience. 30 minutes plus in line, old dried out food, the counter was a mess, and nobody looked like they cared. It wouldnt have passed a inspection. I love Mexican food. Its a simple concept. I wouldnt feed this food to someone i didnt like, let alone charge them for it. I feel sorry for the investor in this mess. Hes built out a nice resturant, he should visit his investment and get it straightened out.

My kids and I like the food. But the customer service has been going down hill. The employees need to be trained on what to saynornot to say to a customer or there need to be to management/ supervisor. I was shocked by some of the language that came out of the employees mouths one day we went there. And I did say something to who was ringing me up. I want to enable to go back there with my kids and not worry about such a negative harassing environment that the employees create with not caring about why they Santo each other around the customer.. please help owner and district manager

I LOVE qdoba, theyve been my favorite for years so I was very excited to see this open minutes from my house! It is a little bit frustrating that they have 6 people on the line but theyre all new and everyone is still learning so its understandable. Hopefully theyll get just as good at the orders as the other locations Ive been to and can scale back. The queso is delicious and I cant get enough of the gumbo! Be sure to get a rewards card when youre there! Each entree you purchase accumulates points for free meals.

I should have heeded the other reviews. The employees were unprofessional. Most of the employees talked to each other but not to me. It was as if I didnt exist. One employee who made part of my burrito messed up folding the burrito. She then put half of the contents into another tortilla and said sorry. She didnt offer to remake it. I am really disappointed since I absolutely love qdoba (in Springfield, MO.) and was excited to see that they had come back to KC. Horrible customer service.

7-19-17 @ around 2 pm my sons and I got the Chicken Burrito and Queso dip. First, I loved the atmosphere. Relaxing and quiet, sitting area was comfortable and it was very clean. Secondly, the employees that were working then, were super friendly, helpful and had a smile the whole time I was there. Last, they did a lot of cleaning in between making peooles meal. I would recommend this to all my friends, price wasnt too bad and the food was great. 5 stars, one of my favorites!

Where to start... I have been here on multiple occasions and have received terrible customer service every time. I came mid afternoon with four people on staff - they only had one person taking care of the customers and three prepping. As I stood there for 10 minutes not one of them helped the poor girl doing it by her self. The product is always good but the process, and the people ruin it every time. Just another place Ill never visit again.

This is a slightly different version of chipotle. I think it offers a better variety of options and a different taste pallet. The meats are grilled and I would say are a higher quality then chipotle. Wait times are decent throughout most of the day. They dont offer discounts to public service which is slightly disappointing considering two bowls to go can almost exceed $20.00. Overall its higher quality then chipotle but also more expensive.

i ate at the one on mission rd in kansas and the food was disgusting im from california so i thought i was going to be eating authentic steak tacos but they were nothing but,i told the waiter i didnt care for the food they took it back and i ate the chips i could here the cooks cussing in spanish and the manager didnt even care to ask why i didnt like it.i wish i had 4 arms so i could give it 4 thumbs down

Food was good and waiting in line for a nice burrito is common these days so that didnt bother me. But somewhere between the first lady smacking gum and lazily asking me what she can started for me and the 8 other hands my burrito passed through it was made apparent that every single employee would prefer no customers tried to enter their doors and pay them for a service.

Dont be fooled by people leaving one star reviews. Its in Liberty on a busy street so like we all know its busy most of the day. The food here is amazing. Being from Colorado Ive been waiting a long time for a QDoba to be out here because its 10x better then Chipolte. The staff here is amazing and i couldnt be happier!!!!
