I just went through the drive thru and had the worst experience with a fast food restaurant that I have ever had. 1) I said multiple times (at least three (3)) that I had three orders -- when everyone was done ordering the cashier gave us the total of everything together and then threw a tantrum -- that included slamming the window more than once and swearing 2) We were not offered our receipts 3) One of the orders was suppose to be a chicken sandwich but instead of the chicken patties they gave us beef patties instead-- and the food was cold I havent been to a Burger King in months because of the customer service and my experience tonight will probably be my last with Burger King. I understand that the time of night might not have been the best, and coming from years of working customer service and fast food, I understand getting frustrated at customers. But at least while in front of them, a certain level of professionality is necessary. Perhaps this was an isolated incident and they were just having a bad day, but I thought I should let you know in case action did indeed need to be taken.

After knowing there is new management, I went back. Food is fast and good. I stopped Friday august 25 and there were 2 bags of garbage by the door. Went in ordered my food, got my food and as I was leaving, an employee in their uniform walked out in front of me. She stood in the open door and lit a cigarette and stood next to the door smoking before finally picking up the 2 bags of garbage. Why are employees smoking so close to the building and making the customers walk thru the haze of cigarette smoke to enter or leave a restaurant???

One of the worst experiences I have had in a quick service place. My order way wrong. I politely came and asked if I could get a new sandwich and the gm stated that you arent allowed to order a sandwich with the crispy onions. I said okay can I just get it without the ketchup like I asked. She then snapped I am the gm. Thats how it is. She was rude and shes supposed to be in charge? Terrible. The rest of our food was decent, but not warm. We spent 80 dollars for rude service and bad food. Will not be going back.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Worst customer service ever. After screwing up my order twice I asked for my money back from the manager named Evan he proceeded to huff and puff about it. Every fast food restaurant, goes by the saying customers are always being right. After I had told him that he then tells me "no." I will never go there again. Not only were they extremely rude theyre also unsanitary by preparing food without gloves, and work area in general is disgusting.

I used to go there a lot as a kid because I lived so close, never going there again. Today I went and I ordered two whopper Jr meals and a chicken sandwich. After the lady was snappy with me I finally got my food, but no chicken sandwich. I went back through the drive through and she started arguing with me saying I didnt order it, finally she looked it up and I did pay for it so she said wait. After 23 minutes of waiting I gave up and went home without the chicken sandwich

This place is an abomination to the Burger King name. Bk is my favorite fast food restaurant, and 80% of the time I have to go back tgere because the order is messed up, the food is cold or sometimes both! I do understand that it is fast food, but most of the time youre waiting 15 minutes and thats only if theres no one else in the lobby. One time it took me 40 minutes to go through the drivethru with only 2 people ahead of me. Get it together, guys!

The speaker for the drive thru was not working and had a note on it to drive up to the second window, after waiting at least 30 minutes (with only 3 cars ahead of ours) we get to the window and as one of the workers were taking our order, another worker came to the window and stuck his head out and told the other worker to "Tell them were finna close." The food tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Horrible customer service.

First we pulled up to the drive through and theyre speaker system was down. We waited in line for over a half hour only to pull up and put in our order and then have a man come barging out of the window and and loudly stating "yo, we finna close". Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Ive always given BK the benefit of the doubt but this visit was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

The computer was rebooting so they said they couldnt take orders. My wife asked if they could do it manually. The woman behind the counter started to verbally abuse my wife and insulted her. If I had the number to corporate I would have reported it right there. Beligerant cashiers are unacceptable. Will never do business at Burger king again. Lost another customer

Service has been getting worse lately. The last two times Ive eaten in they serve my order off the screen before they give it to me then when I walk up to the counter and ask where my food is they look at me like Im crazy until they bring back up my order on the screen. Drive through isnt much better, waiting for over 5 minutes and getting cold fries isnt fun.

90% of the time they mess up, so I stopped going. Also frozen food.. had to re do a simple order 3 times and didnt even say sorry or offer anything like a decent human would in customer service. Nope they just complained about who gets to take free food home. Most un professional location Ive ever been too.. just about as bad as KFC lately

Took forever to get waited on and then when I wanted my food its like I was asking for more than what I needed like I was taking time out of their busy conversation not real impressed I do not think anybody that works at a fast food restaurant that deserves 15 plus dollars an hour

I just purchased two Croissanwiches that tasted like they were prepared during George W. Bushs first term. They were stale and room temperature. Honestly, youre better off buying a chuckwagon at Holiday. At least that will have a printed expiration date and be warm.

I love the food, but the place was under complete chaos, everyone was yelling I guess the head set system is down and my fiance cant stop chewing my ear off about them being out of ketchup. Good food but I think thier are to many chiefs in the kitchen.

This Burger KING has always been very kind and helpful in their customer service. The entranceway did smell like cigarettes but that was probably just because they were putting it out before they came in. Otherwise they keep a tidy fast food joint.

Why advertise the $1.00 any size Icee if your machine is conveniently not working every time people order it. It has been 3 weeks and you have changed your sign but still include the $1 ICEE, maybe get it fixed?
